Its an inborn mindset. Being too good and doing things too late is the biggest reason why people dont get their works done in quality time. Its also coz of their own confused thought process and lack of self belief, strength, confidence and conviction. ( Take any, but they are behind this delayed/ so called being nice person attitude!)
