Kyle played himself. If you're a challenge beast, you always keep other challenge threats around you. I knew he was gone the moment he blindsided Gabe. Like, do you not realize you've won 5 immunity challenges and everyone's out for your neck? He was clueless to his own demise. Great guy, wonderful human but not a great player.
I totally agree but i would put him right on a shelf with ozzy and hunter… all made for survivor but also terrible players I will give kyle credit at least on the gabe vote he was trying to play the game to win.. at that point he probably knew already he needed to win out and gabe was the only person who had beat him in immunity.. kyle was just doomed no matter what i fear
SAMEE I need rachel to win been rooting for her for so long I think she has a good chance 1) she won to get a comp beast out 2) she seems to have a pretty decent edit 3) she isn’t seen as much of a threat

Genevieve is one of the smartest castaways I’ve seen in years, which is clear from the way she speaks and carries herself. Unfortunately, I don’t see her winning, as her threat level is just too high at this point. The season, which started off incredible, is now becoming boring and predictable.
I mean she completed it but I definitely think i would have been a little more organized with it.. i think a 5 year old could have completed that.. they did that puzzle on the challenge finale too last year and i was just like.. are we really calling sorting colors a puzzle??
No only because if I were on survivor at final I def would be giving every immunity my 100% just to move on myself who even cares who goes home as long as its not me!
I'm not sure how I feel about this week's journey. I think if they are going to do a journey this late in the game, the advantage should be good for more than just 3 Tribal Councils. Rachel is definitely in the driver's seat, though. As far as I remember, no one knows that she has the hidden immunity idol, and on top of that, she has the block a vote advantage. I was a little surprised that Genevieve didn't win immunity. Not because I thought she would be good at the balancing challenge, but because her name was thrown out right before the challenge. In the past, if someone was shown to be on the chopping block right before the immunity challenge, it was a sign that that person would win the challenge. It is the editors' way to manufacture drama, at least for the audience. But as soon as Kyle lost, I had a feeling he would be sent home, even if Genevieve's name was out there with his. I think the next person they need to target is Andy. He seems to be the one calling the shots, and if I were in his alliance, I would be afraid of him. Andy is the next person in line for "If _________ wins, s/he wins." But at this point, nearly half of those remaining will make it to the final 3. If Genevieve wants to be one of those 3, she needs to work some magic, with or without Andy still in the game.
While I think Kyle was the obvious vote, I do appreciate that they did try to give us some drama, unlike they did with the Rome boot episode... I'm content with Rachels advantage.. I think they were just trying to fill time in the episode really and wanted to try out the timer thing. What did you think of that all? I think the advantage was appropriate for the amount of work that went into it... it seemed like a guaranteed win so if it was something too powerful it would have been cray
@@RealityArtPod The timer definitely added some drama. The fact that the rug could almost literally be pulled from under your feet dictates a strong sense of urgency. I agree that the puzzle itself was easy. But some people crumble under pressure. Rachel is clearly not one of those people. And I just noticed a typo in my original post. I meant to say that Andy is not for "If _______ gets to the end, s/he wins." I don't know how I made that mistake.
Dunno when you'll post your ranking video but here's my take, I feel like Andy and Rachel, by clearly showing they're on the same page, have perhaps become targets for the other 3 in their alliance, and in that 3, Teeny seems to be the best positioned as she doesn't have any ally from her OG tribe. No one will come after her. That being said, it's HARD for me to say who played the best game in this particular episode. What's your take?
I dont think I’ll do another ranking video this season, but I think I’ll keep doing mid season rankings every season, even though that video was kind of a flop. Im going to start doing cast reactions too… im not sure… If i had to rank them now id say Genevieve is at the bottom obviously.. with that said she has now somehow successfully played possum for 2 tribals and is kind of outfoxing them a bit by sticking around… at least she has win equity Then Sam.. for being also on the bottom… the show seems to act like he has some game tricks up his sleeve but im just not seeing a jury win for him being possible yet he hasnt done anything Obviously the top 5 rn are the underdogs.. i think its likely they are the top 5 since its so rare for there to be a named alliance on Survivor and they always seem to be super loyal… 5. Teeny… bad beginning of game, has gotten into a good spot but still not being a leader, i can see her being a losing finalist, but i struggle to see her making a huge move on her own. I think she’ll get revenge on genevieve. 4. Sue… she may do something cool with her idol… shes just coming off very mean.. mean to kyle for no reason… might get roasted and cooked at FTC 3. Andy- i am annoyed with the show for quoting him for 4 weeks in the titles… its obvious that the show is all about him. Convinced that We’re either seeing the story of him winning or losing at ftc.. he didnt get his way this week despite his stats argument.. and i think his argument was silly anyone with a brain cell should vote kyle out at this point 2. Caroline.. tbh slaying… rallying the women.. she didnt do the genny vote which would have been bad for her game. Shes smart but isnt actually doing that much in the game. 1. Rachel actively playing, strapped up with advantages and allies.. 3 original gatas at final 7 now.. great for her.. even better for jury reasons.. well spoken for ftc
@RealityArtPod I like your take. May I just point out that production insists on showing us Teeny as an empathetic person and in all strategic talks despite her not being in control whatsoever. I'm not a Teeny fan, but I feel like the edit is preparing us for a potentiel Teeny win... Furthermore, there are already 2 jurors who would die for her... The first jurors sometimes influence newcomers.
@@Foudroyant20 a counterpoint would be.. like yeah shes.. on the show.. but shes not really getting that much more screentime than anyone else. I agree that shes empathetic but i just also think she may be just a good person.. im not sure.. the only time i really felt like she may win was when her bag burned..
Survivor is getting old. I'm tired of watching non threats get so far in the game. Teeny and Caroline are such boring players . They haven't done squat since day one, but I'm sure they'll both be in the final 4. I wish Survivor would quit bringing in such average players and go with people who play and are threats. Enough with people that stick around because they fly under the radar because they're no threat at all.
