Digging Deep at Diamond Hill Mine

Spring is the perfect time of year to visit Diamond Hill Mine... of course, we can't think of a bad time to visit anyway. 😊 The weather was absolutely perfect for collecting! We were so happy that our daughter Alysa was able to join us this time! It's been a little while since she's been out there, but she certainly hadn't lost the eye for it. Recent rains had done a great job of exposing crystals near the surface, but since the tilling piles haven't been freshened up in a while we had to dig pretty deep to find the goods!
