kenne bell is the best sounding supercharger i've heard so far, i just love that whining sound :D
He said it lost 2lbs of boost, but the power gains were significantly greater. But you have to remember that part of a boost rating is actually heat expansion. So in reality he probably had the same amount of boost running through it, but it was cooler so it showed a 2lb "drop" in boost.

It's a mix: SnakeBite 2 and gonein10secs from an old Modular PowerHouse dyno day video. IIRC, it was an Apten ported Eaton M112 on the second car.
I wish they made a kit to mount it right on top of the engine like a traditional SC engine

with the install of the twin screw I was just wondering what lower intake is used, oh and a install video for the fox body would blow my mind, great video thanks man
You use the stock lower intake manifold, or a GT40 intake manifold
ok perfect I got a 93 cobra lower intake so this is going to be nice, just another note I like how the twins screw Kenne Bell fits on top of the engine, with this I don't have to piss around with battery moving and extra hoses, I have owned my LX for 21 years and most of its life it sat on a shelf, well I have pulled it down of that shelf and holy shit I hope the car goes as fast as the money coming out of my wallet hahahaha im starting at the radiator and the finish line is at the tip of the exhaust, I have tried my damnedest to keep it looking fatory as for as the body its just the factory hood is to lower so I went with the cobra R hood I like the look, too anyone that loves racing all the time even if you are going to work and don't have a fox body..... GET ONE!!! old ladies in their BMW's to young kids in the ricers wanna try ya on!!!

is there a link to the intercooled one? I'm about to embark on my 2nd stang after a long 2year hiatus with a minivan lol. Doing it right this time around. Already have the 2turbos and thinking about grabbing the KB and maximum motorsports kit before I get the car that way there's no waiting around tossing the parts in.
Really need to see that custom job as twincharging creates some evil IATs.

Well, depends on how much boost were talking here. You can put a vortech on a 5.0 and safely run just over 500 hp but any more and your on limited time..

So if theres no such thing, you tell me why roush, saleen.. ext all have supercharger systems for mustangs and other vehicles, on STOCK internals and still retain their factory warranty? Obviously if your running upwards of 10+ psi on stock internals your at high risk of detonation, but below that, as long as your running a SAFE A/F ratio and reasonable timing, I dont see how that isnt considered safe
Kenne bells are amazing but Vortech's are more reliable and last longer ,, Also less Intake temps ... Both are great
@FortisBong When i go to the track I get sooo disappointed sometimes when they have Chevy motors in Foxbodys!! Really akes me wanna make a motor and blow them out lol
theres no such thing as safely running boost on stock internals. it can be done, and sure, sometimes it works out, but theres always that risk because the engine wasnt made for boost
does the kenne bell kit come with a intercooler?
what i would do for a kb instead of a vortech lol
@shadyaftermass a kenne bell on a terminator 4.6 4v from an 03-04 cobra will put out 700+ but an 05- 09 4.6 3v is good for a maximum of 500 flywheel hp. otherwise your blowing apart your internals... the stock block in the fox body just cant take the boost...

They're both mustangs so who gives a shit if it's a 4.6 or 5.0. I can say the 2011. 5.0 makes more with a kenne bell than the 2005-2010 4.6. It's just dumb bro.
