Recently got this scooter and for a 100kg rider its definitely sluggish and not a climber on any steep hills. Quality for around 500 euro is still well worth it, and if your 80kg or less, than this thing will fit and perform really well. Do not try to drown it though.
I have the G2 Master and recently bought the Bogist M1 Elite as well. With the G2 Master, I can reach 53 km/h uphill with my weight of 105 kg, but with the Bogist, I can only manage 10 km/h on the same incline. Don’t get me wrong-on flat ground, the Bogist performs decently, hitting close to 30 km/h, while the G2 Master can reach 60 km/h and beyond. I'm looking for something in between these two, which is why I'm considering the G2 Pro. I thought about getting the G4, but the price has increased since a few months ago; it seems to be a very popular model. For heavier riders, though, the suspension on the G4 isn’t great. It used to be around 600 euros in the summer, but now I can't find one for less than 700 euros for a brand-new model. That’s how I started looking into the G2 Pro, which is only 385 euros. I’m just not sure if it will suit me any better.
@@pyshing I am starting doing hydroisolation on my G2 pro and if we talk about performance, id say that its more towards Bogist than G2 Master. G2 pro has 600W single motor that does decent hill claiming (but not from stop and go). Bogist seems to have 250w motor and G2 master has 1000Wx2, but g2 pro is decently light weight and 600w helps too. My to speed on flat ground is around 39km/h. So if you are in a search of model that fits between, then its possible that 30kg model with 1000w motor will be perfect balance.
One of the drawbacks you mentioned is not quite correct. Speed adjustment option is available on the new 2024 model. Press and hold the left brake and then press the Power button twice to activate the speed control mode. Two elements on the display will start flashing. Release the brake. From now on the 3 speed modes work differently: 1: up to 15 km/h, 2: up to 20 km/h, 3: up to 25 km/h. Driving in this mode saves energy and allows you to travel longer distances. It also allows you to quickly change the driving mode in the event of a traffic control to make the scooter comply with local regulations. This means that there are 6 speed settings available.
fr, i dont think people understand me kicking out to the side lol, better than nothing but tbh im still nervous about people seeing it, if i do both it should be okay i nly make right hand turns anyways
Great Review. I'm hoping for a version that's legal in Germany. At least it already has space for a license plate. But some adjustments would still need to be made to the lighting and speed.
There are a lot of folks that have spent much more money on Vsett and Kaaboo scooters and are not happy to see Kukirin delivering similarly good scooters at much lower price. If you abuse it - it will break, of course.
That’s one of the best all around best scooter hands down!
Agreed

Agreed! As soon as you go beyond 15km/h, the motor becomes much more responsive

Sounds good.
Still - you cannot decide how many km/h exactly will be the limit of mode 2, which is a bit annoying.
Happy to see turn signals on any scooter - they are well needed :)
You DEFINITELY are NOT a BMW driver 😁
