I heard MLK was a fan of the original Star Trek & he persuaded Nichelle Nichols (the original Uhura) to stay on it because she planned to leave it in 1967 after its first season. Star Trek is pretty much about the future of humanity where we all finally living in harmony, working together for one common goal, a future without arrogance, ignorance, fear, religion.. MLK was a great man even he was religious. More People should watch Star Trek. It puts out positive messages through its stories.
Oh yeah I forgot to add It's also about a future without intolerance. Christians need to wake up and learn be more tolerable towards others especially to us Atheists and stop discriminating us. I think Star Trek would be a great example for them to learn like it has for me.
where does it say in the 1st ammend that u can use this right to denounce other people because of their religion, race, or any other minor differences. and tell me where does it say in the 1st amendment where u can call a person who u think is "racist" when he/she does not regard anyone's ethnicty at all?
