Lilly is such an inspiring person. She got what she deserved. She will always be my favorite person since she is very honest as a person and tells people the right thing to do in her own way which makes her unique
I think lilly is great, funny and just awesome! The only thing I wish she would stop doing is trash talking her education or the uni she went to. Alot of young viewers will get the wrong idea. Paying money for an education is never a waste, there are many people out there who would love for the opportunity to go to uni or college who don't get to. I know it's a joke n everything but its perception... you can never have too much knowledge whether you use it or not.
She didn't trash talk the education or uni themselves, she moaned about teachers & people that may be there which isn't wrong seeing as many would think the same anyway & at the end she does say "Just kidding!" Stay in school, it's for the best or something along those lines. :)

angel830 i don't think she's really trash talking the education, moreover the system is corrupt. She says something along the lines of "parking was expensive" Furthermore, an undergrad in psychology looks good on paper, but you cant do much with it in Canada. In general, Canadian universities are private therefore they are essentially financial institutions more than they are providers of education, # WeNeedPublicUniversities aka free post secondary ^_^
Manisha K Our education system is public (the government and us taxpayers pay a LOT as in hundreds of millions to even billions if we wanna start talking about UofT's edowment) but we do still need to pay tuition. Private university would cost much more, which is why all the ivy league schools (even your average school in america) are so expensive. But I see your point, in a lot of European countries there is no tuition and i think that's something Canada should follow suit with!

I love this interview cus she talks about paternal and traditional families, and the fact that she stills live with her parents, and she says it so normal; it's big for those (like me recently) who are living still with parents.

I think it's cool to make humor with cultural differences/accents as long as there's still respect. We have to learn to celebrate our differences in addition to our similarities.

I find it hard to believe that this person parents don't have an accent when she herself has somewhat of an Indian accent
It's actually a regional accent from Southern Ontario, mostly with people from Toronto and nearby towns'cities (such as Scarborough, where she grew up). I will agree that it does sound a little like an Indian accent though, with a bit of the typical Canadian accent and a Jamaican accent mixed in there. It's quite unique.

no it's more like a slightly hood American accent. She has no accent when she does her videos where she tries to talk proper.

parents shouldn't care what people think or their social standing in their community. they should set a good example o their kids so their kids don't care too much what others think. There is only one opinion that is important and that's God's, the rest is just chit chat
I Love You The Indian cultures is very different, especially when compared to American customs. Can't just blindly say "they shouldn't care" or "they should just allow her to live by herself" because there's a whole different world out there who sees things differently than you.
