Sugar binds with water, retains moisture and makes baked softer and last longer and not become dry and stale. It also inhibits gluten developement. Honey is liquid and is sweeter. 1 cup sugar, use 2/3 cup honey and decrease other liquids by 1/4 cup.

Hi Julia. It is an awesome spice rack and it has travelled in the caravan with us and endured two house moves and is still like new and going strong. Thermomix once sold them in the mix shop, however they no longer do. You can find them these days on Amazon who seem to have the best pricing on them. Each row of containers is on a grey plastic backing that I have attached to a wood board so they are all held together.
