    Love this! Great strength exercises for stamina and to help me build strength for running. But the commercials were playing in the middle of the reps. That happened a few times which was pretty annoying because I had to stop the reps. It's better to play the commercials during breaks

      Sincerely, thank you for the feedback. I've never had to edit things like that because my videos have never been long enough! I went through and was able to place the commercials between working sets so that should take care of it. Please stay tuned, I have more workouts I am getting ready to post and looking to add a more intensive running core series. Anything else that you would like to see specifically?
