    How many days a week should i do this for better run....... Can you suggest upper and lower split for runners?.......

    Hi I am a very serious runner ( 5 days out of 7 with an average weekly mileage of 50 - 60 km ) and have been since 2008 - is it too late for me to start with strength training?
