Probably a mixture of character development and the writers regretting his portrayal in JL: War. I'm just glad they made his face slightly less wide in later movies lol
I always took it as, they were all meeting first time in JL War, so they portrayed a little bit of mistrust with everyone, while still keeping the general concept that Superman wasn't totally a prick. He could recognize that Batman wasn't a bomb terrorist after all, and stop the battle so the plot can move on. After this movie, the character design seemed good so then the subsequent movies just used it, even though most of these animated movies had normally been separate stories to each other. And because it was a different movie, then Superman could have a different personality. But apparently with this movie series, it was decided to be follow-ups to each other, so then it could just be explained with character development. And as to why the other characters never had to go through some of this same development to be friendlier to each other, it's because JL movies still focused on Superman more often.
Nah I much prefer they would have continued with the power high god-like persona they used in JL War, then I would really love to see how they use Lois Lane to bring the him down to earth, while also knowing he's that powerful... (and a bit arrogant)😂 in most cases (canon JL War)
The crazy thing about this Superman is that he never actually turned evil after Lois death, and once he killed bad guys he was sacred he even went hoping that won't happen again. He went out of his way sacrifice himself to save everyone and smiled before dying. This is my favorite Superman, he is definitely worthy of a hero. He might be better than Henry Superman in my opinion, thinking first before going head on and actually let criminals live even after provoking Lois.
If Superman were to fire his heat lasers from his eyes and his Arctic cold breath at the same time, couldn’t he hypothetically create a cone of scalding hot steam?

What Batman fanboys and Superman downplayers don’t understand, is that no matter HOW much Batman tries, he will never beat Superman in a fight if SUPES truly wanted to win. Sneak attacks don’t count… you didn’t defeat someone in a fight if they didn’t even know they were fighting. For example, people like to bring up the fact the Batman who laughs beat the entire league, or in the comic book Tower of Babel, Batman “beats” the entire league. Or in the alternate universe where Superman folds the entire league, Batman beats Superman by becoming The devastator. Lets look at the Batman who laughs (not in his darkest knight form). He didn’t really beat Superman in a fight, but instead tricked him into coming to the watchtower poisoned by kryptonite gas, by sending out a distress signal. This isn’t beating someone, since Superman wasn’t expecting to fight, and Batman abused their trust in him since they wouldn’t consider the fact that an evil jokerized Batman would call them to kill them. That’s like me saying I beat Mike Tyson in a fight because I pulled up at his house without him knowing and shot him in the back with a gun. In Tower of Babel, again, the league wasn’t expecting to fight or knew they were even going to be in danger. And in that comic, Batman’s contingency wasn’t green kryptonite, but a form of kryptonite that would turn Superman’s skin transparent, so his cells would absorb as much solar energy possible. This basically made Superman too strong to function, since he was worried he would break anything he touches because he was stupidly strong. The reason he used this method instead of plain old green kryptonite is because Batman knows that wouldn’t really work against SUPES if he wished to not have a tough fight. SUPES could at any moment destroy any piece of kryptonite attempted to be used against him from thousands of miles away with his heat vision, or blow it out of his hands like the Superman: man of steel comic books. And again, he didn’t really beat him in a fight if he wasn’t expecting a fight in the first place. As for the devastator, Superman could’ve killed Batman at any moment, but the writer made him gloat, which is something out of character for SUPES. It’s basically the writer making any excuse possible so that SUPES doesn’t finish off Batman, gets close enough they could kiss, and Batman releases a neurotoxin that kills SUPES without SUPES somehow noticing it with super hearing, vision, and smell. If they were both out for blood and their mission was to kill the other at the very instance they can, Superman would just pummel through him faster than Batman’s brain could even send a signal to the rest of his body telling him that he needs to dodge because he is in a fight. If SUPES wanted to… he could fly into space, and chuck the moon at the earth. Or kill Batman with his heat vision from space. Or you know, destroy earth with a punch. Or go so fast that everyone in earth except the flash and any speedster with the speed force would be basically frozen like statues. Then walk up to Batman, read a book, have a midlife crisis, and then punch him… all before the light reaches Batman’s retinas, and his brain processes anything that happened. If they both were face to face, and a buzzer telling them to start fighting, no matter how much kryptonite Batman has… SUPES will quite literally just move fast enough so that he could jog around the earth a few time, and still arrive back to the battle before Batman has even reached his pocket for the kryptonite… then laser, or punch his head off
Technically superman can get hurt. But with enough force. Invulnerability means can't take damage. While superhuman durability makes you very durable but injurable
1. Batman has super speed confirmed lol 2. The animation quality varies, but the choreography of these action scenes are really well done and highly underrated
I have to say, it would have been better if every single clip would have show cased a new power skill or vulnerability and also you did not mention his vulnerability to magic. In the comics and even some animated movies it is shown that characters who get their powers from a magical source can harm Superman far more easily than most other characters.
No way u see something like kingdom come version or even Snyder and kingdom come and say that, this suit is dull and dark as if his suit is always soaking wet it’s just not appealing.
I just wish that they actually made him a three dimensional character in these movies as opposed to just going off a checklist that wb gave them and their budget of 14 dollars
Ocean Master: I hate surface dwellers! Ocean Master: I am in love with a surface dweller. 😐 Also the movies should have been Darkseid War(New 52) Death Of The Family(New 52) Deathstroke(New 52) Doomsday Clock(Rebirth) Batman & Robin Eternal(New 52)
I feel like superman should use freeze breath more and I hope in the new movies we get to see him show off more of his powers like microsopic vision and his ability to see the electro magnetic spectrum as useful abilities to solve crimes instead of him relying on heat vision and brute strength all the time
Most of the time, I have to imagine Supes finds the time to repair this stuff himself. Flash once rebuilt an entire aprtment building after it burned down, and that was with just super speed.
This version of superman is the correct version this is how superman is suppose to b he uses all his powers and is very intelligent other version they just use his strength nth else i mean no 1 other then flash or other beings with flashes speed should b able to even touch him and i am talking about the version in which he fights doomsday
Super Man vs Dark Seid was wild 🔥most people who know Bat Man know he is very smart he can be very tricky when fighting against him and he is on a whole other level of fighting he learned 127 different Mix Martial Arts styles of fighting 🔥 still it is entertaining to see him dodge hits from super man and Super Man can catch and beat up The Flash 😂
Doomsday has no organs and thus doesn't bleed. Because of this he can only really be killed and not wounded unless you completely remove a body part and thus prevent him from using it.
6:55 The Roterists must get in an agreement about Superman´s heat vision. It pushes like a solid mass of energy (Cyclops Optic blast) or is It a kind of light that burns and can cross through solid objects?
According to DC he combines them... he can used just the laser vision or the heat vision and sometimes es the optic blast as well as Xrays vision for precise damage.
Unless Batman is wearing a red solar mixed with kryptonite suit then there should be no way he should be able to handle Supes whether Supes is in character, serious, or bloodlusted.
Clark: "wait, you can produce kryptonite radiation?" John: "yeah, learned it from hal" Clark: "we've fought before, why didn't he use it?" John: "he didn't need to"
Man these movies really did Shazam dirty. In the comics he's usually at least close to Superman in strength, and often just as strong or even stronger.
It still won't be much of a movie. The original point was to build up to Darksied's arrival and then an "Avengers: Endgame"-type scenario to play out from there. Ultimately, it was not about the characters but how they were used and written and fault for that falls sounded on the desks of the execs at Warner Bros. for interfering in the efforts of the people they hired or allowed to be hired to work the film.
The depiction of Superman in The Flashpoint Paradox was flawless. His depiction in most other animated movies from that universe was a total disaster. Especially the first movie, with his arrogant attitude and violent actions.

Wait you thought he was a jerk??
The crazy thing about this Superman is that he never actually turned evil after Lois death, and once he killed bad guys he was sacred he even went hoping that won't happen again. He went out of his way sacrifice himself to save everyone and smiled before dying. This is my favorite Superman, he is definitely worthy of a hero. He might be better than Henry Superman in my opinion, thinking first before going head on and actually let criminals live even after provoking Lois.
Superman: If there's one thing I dont like it's a bully
Also superman: proceeds to humiliate his enemies by dismantling them with ease
If Superman were to fire his heat lasers from his eyes and his Arctic cold breath at the same time, couldn’t he hypothetically create a cone of scalding hot steam?
His suit looks way better when it goes all the way up his neck
nah its too edgy. he’s meant to be a boyscout
@talentroller4413
How is it edgy? It just seems like you're throwing that word around without even really knowing what it means.
@@CTY547 Basically it makes superman look too menacing when it goes over his neck. An evil superman would look good with that design. But not too much a good one.

I like how Lex's suit gets lasered off and like....its hollow hahaha
5:12 Looks like Robin went straight for Superman's baby maker
If they both were face to face, and a buzzer telling them to start fighting, no matter how much kryptonite Batman has… SUPES will quite literally just move fast enough so that he could jog around the earth a few time, and still arrive back to the battle before Batman has even reached his pocket for the kryptonite… then laser, or punch his head off
Chill bro
Superman holds back
When Clark started hulking Darkseid on the sidewalk. Best part. Love these videos.
I liked the last part, "unless you want to fight me for the right to destroy him?", and Supes was all like "Um nah, I'm good"
0:33 that should be invulnerability not Durability
Semantics
Technically superman can get hurt. But with enough force. Invulnerability means can't take damage. While superhuman durability makes you very durable but injurable
@@MesmerazianHPutra Especially when he's exposed to Kryptonite or Red Sunlight
@@Anthyrion yea
do you understand what invulnerability means?
4:07
pretty much this is how every single battle against someone with power armor would go
1. Batman has super speed confirmed lol
2. The animation quality varies, but the choreography of these action scenes are really well done and highly underrated
10:32
Loki : Yeahhhsssss.... That's how it feel
I have to say, it would have been better if every single clip would have show cased a new power skill or vulnerability and also you did not mention his vulnerability to magic. In the comics and even some animated movies it is shown that characters who get their powers from a magical source can harm Superman far more easily than most other characters.
Dr Manhattan: Noob...
Doomsday Clock
@@saibalne5631 he didn't beat Dr Manhattan in a fight superman pulled a talk no jutsu on the blue dude
That Doomsday fight was brutal
This is the best looking superman out of every depiction i've seen
Stop it
No way u see something like kingdom come version or even Snyder and kingdom come and say that, this suit is dull and dark as if his suit is always soaking wet it’s just not appealing.
Superman’s fade on the last movie 😩😩
Superman is the best super hero of all time
Fun fact, Superman has psychic abilities
That's the only way his super hearing makes sense.
I just wish that they actually made him a three dimensional character in these movies as opposed to just going off a checklist that wb gave them and their budget of 14 dollars
Ocean Master: I hate surface dwellers!
Ocean Master: I am in love with a surface dweller. 😐
Also the movies should have been
Darkseid War(New 52)
Death Of The Family(New 52)
Deathstroke(New 52)
Doomsday Clock(Rebirth)
Batman & Robin Eternal(New 52)
I totally second your list more of new 52 series should have been in movies specially flash, wonder woman, and more of the novels
I feel like superman should use freeze breath more and I hope in the new movies we get to see him show off more of his powers like microsopic vision and his ability to see the electro magnetic spectrum as useful abilities to solve crimes instead of him relying on heat vision and brute strength all the time
not gonna lie, those contruction/repair workers does a pretty good job on the city. not a scratch next day
Most of the time, I have to imagine Supes finds the time to repair this stuff himself. Flash once rebuilt an entire aprtment building after it burned down, and that was with just super speed.
Justice league dark is great... Except the shipping between clark n diana....
Darkseid- I'm Darkseid
Superman- I don't care🗿💥
I love his suit ❤️
This version of superman is the correct version this is how superman is suppose to b he uses all his powers and is very intelligent other version they just use his strength nth else i mean no 1 other then flash or other beings with flashes speed should b able to even touch him and i am talking about the version in which he fights doomsday
The bigblue simplely rulez, eletrogravitic powers for real!!!
If dc followed their animated universes storylines, they would be up there
Did anyone notice when superman turned back we didn't see his main part
2:01 superman is EXTREMELY tall O_O
Superman is amazing even his powers!!!✊✊✊
Super Man vs Dark Seid was wild 🔥most people who know Bat Man know he is very smart he can be very tricky when fighting against him and he is on a whole other level of fighting he learned 127 different Mix Martial Arts styles of fighting 🔥 still it is entertaining to see him dodge hits from super man and Super Man can catch and beat up The Flash 😂
I always suggest people to watch dcamu movies to see best DC movies ❤️
Am I the only one who thinks if superman didn't hold back against dd as soon as the met, he wouldn't have struggled
where did you get these video clips, I wanna buy the whole collection of the actual animated movies. Freaking awesome.
HBO max has them all if you want to binge and not own a one month membership would be cheaper than buying them all

8:37 Those many wounds on Superman and there is not even a scratch on Doomsday
Yeah why is that though?
@@souvikpachal5219 because Doomsday is strong and durable
@@Nothingamatters I see
Because doomsday adapts and heals
Doomsday has no organs and thus doesn't bleed. Because of this he can only really be killed and not wounded unless you completely remove a body part and thus prevent him from using it.
I wish they didn't nerf SHAZAM just to make Superman look good
Raven is the real NERFED one here
Always Doomsday look tough and rough
Alright anybody know any of these movies and the best ones? Time to binge em
This is all from the universe of movies that start with Flashpoint paradox and ends with justice league dark apokolips war
Do Wonder Woman next!!!
They need to do a Superman 1 million movie lol
6:55 The Roterists must get in an agreement about Superman´s heat vision. It pushes like a solid mass of energy (Cyclops Optic blast) or is It a kind of light that burns and can cross through solid objects?
The writers: Yes
@@GenoBlue lol
According to DC he combines them... he can used just the laser vision or the heat vision and sometimes es the optic blast as well as Xrays vision for precise damage.
Unless Batman is wearing a red solar mixed with kryptonite suit then there should be no way he should be able to handle Supes whether Supes is in character, serious, or bloodlusted.
Clark: "wait, you can produce kryptonite radiation?"
John: "yeah, learned it from hal"
Clark: "we've fought before, why didn't he use it?"
John: "he didn't need to"
Oof
He could get over his Red Sun weakness.
Man these movies really did Shazam dirty. In the comics he's usually at least close to Superman in strength, and often just as strong or even stronger.
He's far more durable here he took a direct hit from omega beams and got up immediately superman also took a direct hit but it knocked him out
Great video. I’m training for REAL Superpowers.

Justice League vs Teen Titans
@@messengermal5298 thank you :)
Imagine if Doomsday in the place of Stephen wolf
It still won't be much of a movie. The original point was to build up to Darksied's arrival and then an "Avengers: Endgame"-type scenario to play out from there. Ultimately, it was not about the characters but how they were used and written and fault for that falls sounded on the desks of the execs at Warner Bros. for interfering in the efforts of the people they hired or allowed to be hired to work the film.
@DocWolph what. Either way, Zack’s Justice League is the best.
@@aavila1206it's just better version then Joss Whedon's Justice League, but some scenes were still goofy and cringy.
The depiction of Superman in The Flashpoint Paradox was flawless. His depiction in most other animated movies from that universe was a total disaster. Especially the first movie, with his arrogant attitude and violent actions.
