To build this in Canada with this level of trims and fixtures would cost between $45-50k. The US market would be around the same if not slightly less, but it would be no where near even $23k

5 x 12 m2 gives some 60 m2 space for living. as a rule of thump you need some 2500 dollars or euros to build a reasonable well build home. this gives some 150.000 for this nice tiny house. this is without building ground.

Very cool. I would live in such a space, even if I am used to a much larger environment, as long as it is in a quiet and safe place like this and with easy access to the city. But where to find it? Not in my country. You can't say it would be just as cool in an urban subdivision.

There is pretty much no closet space or even room for a dresser. You would also need a shed because you have no way to store any of that patio furniture. It would be a cool little place for a get away. But you could not have that as your permanent home. You could easily widen that home by five feet without even changing the footprint.
