I like this new speaking to the camera+ Voiceover Style. I also like that You showed your mistakes and how to fix them, instead of pretending everything was perfect

I'm a longtime You Tube viewer and I never even notice the difference between voice-over and on-camera. I like the marriage between the two, but whatever works.

Sam that is beautiful. You are so talented. It shows that you don't need fancy wood to make something pop. The stain color was just perfect. I could not believe how amazing it looks. Your dad has to be so proud of you!

The mantle color - GORGEOUS!!! Wonderful job, Sam!
PS: I hear this from about every TH-camr, and that is "don't judge me". While I agree; however, you all do such amazing work & I can guarantee you that those that do judge, are ~not~ even attempting a project. It's just sad that you - and others - feel a need to make that statement. So I say, don't take it heart; you are doing what you love & we are only human, no one is perfect.
    xxoo
    Enjoy your day!

Knocked it out da park Sam!! Sleek & modern but, still very warm too. Depending on the amount of room you wanna take up you could build a super Dope hearth too. Hoping all is well Homie, Dirty Jersey out!!

This mantle is quite attractive. I agree with you. It really is a game changer for this room.
I don't know which video style I enjoy more. The voice over probably makes for a tighter, seamless type of video, but if you only do voice overs I will not get to experience your bubbly personality. The bottom line is that I'll watch no matter what style of video you post......just like I've always done. Thanks for this video. I enjoyed it.

I was so excited to see this video pop up as I had just purchased wood the night before to build a mantel! This was only my second wood-working project, so my weekend-project became more like a week-project. It's not perfect, but it's satisfying, none-the-less. Love being inspired by your videos.

Wow, I know this is an old promo but I've been thinking about getting a surround sound system for a while but I never wanted to mess with all of the cords and whatnot (my dad knows how to do it because he has one set up for himself and has for years but I never wanted to mess with the hassle). After seeing your wireless setup I was floored. Might honestly look into saving up for this little system because it sounds perfect for us and it's reasonably priced to.

    • @PascalStJean

@@diyhuntress I was in the same situation. What I did is I collected some left over directly from the vacuum and kept it for when I was doing glue. Anyway, we love your content and have a great day.
