"What do you want for dinner tonight?" I was annoyed because my wife asked this question too much. Now I realize that she wanted me to practice to be more decisive. Thank you Simon!
This is incredibly insightful, Simon! It’s always nice to hear where you stand on things - it’s always aimed to help other people to realize their worth.
Thanks for the answer about procrastination. I am totally the same way. I need a buddy and be accountable to finish a project, be it a workout or cooking at home. I realized that about myself in my later years, but never too late to apply this knowledge.

Thank you very much, Simon. Your "stuff" really helps a lot and not just for me. I have pointed some of my friends in your direction too. Please keep going and keep safe!
Simon, I hope you are doing well! Your messages are mostly inspiring! I love how you express human skills in this video not soft skills. Keep taking care of yourself and taking care of others. Cheers✌️
Great content, lots of thanks. Question: What are or is the sign(s) of the right time to step up and become a leader in a company. Or how to discover that I really deserve to be a leader?
Hi Simon - Thanks for everything you teach. We have a mentor program and people are asking how to balance the responsibility of being a mentor and not over stepping into the mentorees managers responsibilities. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!
Hi Simon, I am in a situation which me and my mom switched role of millennial and boomer. I put away phone (except taking photo) while interacting with humans. My mom playing game on any mobile devices she has and play it while someone is talking. It’s been a while, I see it getting worse and worse. It kinda touched my nerve when she talked to me but looking at her phone every time. I tried my best talk to her with focus on her only. But it seems like she always focus on her phone. I feel sorry that I am not interesting as iPhone. Owell, so here is the question: “what would you do when someone is not listening and seeing, but this person is not someone you can just easily disconnected like stranger?”
Hey Simon Why are you littering your back yard or the central park? Simon will pick up after himself. 😀, Great, honest answers.Happy new year and Congratulations on your 1.02 million subscribers.
Do you feel that The Art of War is a useful reference for leaders? Someone in a leadership position recommended this in reference to working at a company and...it felt off. At least in terms of the way I see leadership. What are your thoughts?
I really hope that I get the opportunity to work with this man.... I don't know if that's gonna happen or not cause I live in India but let's just hope that I'll get a chance to work with him... I swear I'll learn a lot
I was just reading Good to Great by Jim Collins and listening to both your podcast episodes with Brené Brown. I was wondering how you view Collins' "Stockdale Paradox" knowing you are an optimist.
Hey simon.. i wanna ask, so i am manager at my company, and got midle management issue, i wanna look for my team but sometimes , my boss policy missmatch what in the field that my team facing everyday, and i think my voice is not loud enough to stand for them sometimes, i let them down sometimes.. what should i do? Thanks for share your thought. Love from ambon, mollucas indonesia
I'm Indian and from a middle class family. Should I read self help or read college books like commerce, economics and civics? I'm intermediate student i.e., I'm high school student according to us education system. And college books are so boring, and i have to memorize answers which is really boring! Please help me!! Simon sir!! 😊
I'm an Indian too. Self help books are amazing. So many amazing books are out there. You will fall in love with reading. The Alchemist by paulo ceolho is my favourite one❤️
You need both. Allocate time...indued to allocate Saturday 3 hrs a week in. Library to learning outside of school work. If you can do that regularly you will be azed how much you will learn and you will start bringing ideas from different topics together to solve any problem. It is important to learn how to learn...you will find nothing is boring
What do YOU mean by separating Church and State? I would suggest that some of our worst governmental/commercial decisions have been made because they have not been concerned with ethical/moral/caring factors.
I love you, I admire you and a big fan of yours. Somehow throwing those q-cards is disturbing to me. I am also an eco-freak, way before I came across you

I suggestuon to deal with procastination. I usually do a bet with friends when i have something to do. And i would hate to lose that bet so much so that i end up doing it.
😊hello, My question - i feel insecure to share my knowledge with my classmates because i think if i do this then they may perform better . I think it's not healthy atitude but what do i do? I don't how to deal with it.😞😟
The way I have approached is the more you share the more you learn. You push yourself to next thing...it is similar to delegate things that you already know so the other person can learn and you can challenge yourself to think how you can add more value

There is no wrong question, it is only wrong to stop asking questions and having half knowledge of things.

Simon l love the way you flick away your cards. Lol.
Simon must be a SW fan or at least a fan of Boba Fett wearing a hat with a logo present on Boba's armor. I approve this attire. :)
Seeing employees as people should always be a priority for companies....

Simon, someone like you could easily master cognitive functions. As an INTP-A, it's revolutionary knowledge.
I always wonder how great America would be, if people like Simon were Presidents

Hi Simon! - Hope you're well - What would your top tips be for the first 90 days in a new job role?
Choosing a Boba Fett cap? Now that’s a human skill...

Another way to describe soft/human skills is calling them 'non-technical skills'
Why a different card for each question?
