- Today I am using WoodUBend, Stencils and Dixie Belle Chalk Mineral Paint to create a Jaw-dropping furniture makeover. This furniture flip was inspired by a picture I saw on Pinterest. Using inspiration from colors and textures in an image is an excellent way to create something unique and eye-catching.

Well, when I saw the title of the video "Jaw dropping" I thought "that's a big claim". But it was spot on. When I saw the finished piece my jaw literally did drop. I wish there was a love button. When I moved into my first home 50 years ago, I collected some yard sale pieces and refinished them.
When, I moved from the house...my daughter was just going into her first home and I passed the furniture on to her.
She grew up with it and loves it! ....beautiful, strong, and durable pieces.

Love! The stencils are gorgeous. That is the fun part. I did something similar on my bathroom cabinets. A stencil with a Moroccan feel. And then did silver metal inserts on the doors that had a small Moroccan hole design.

It’s beautiful; the stenciling made that piece! I love woodubend, but I don’t much care for that particular design. To me, it clashes with the stencil design. But that’s just me. You did an amazing job.

So so so pretty!!! So you can put poly over wax??
Thank you! Only over Dixie Belle Best Dang Wax. It's water-based. It just has to dry one to 3 days first😊
It's very pretty but I got sad when you painted the top wood with brown. It looked so pretty the natural wood with the light blue colours. But then again is a matter of different tastes and everyone likes different things.

I almost cried when I saw you pry off that beautiful wood decoration on the dresser. Why did you paint the front & sides with brown paint if you were just going to completely cover the brown?
