Wow!!Absolutely Marvelous!! I've recovered a lot of old furniture in my 67 yrs. From greasy desks in a auto repair shop. When I finished standing 2 weeks later there was no sign of repair grease. I refinished that gorgeous desk in mahogany and 3 coats of polyurethane. Sold it for $175. No bad for an alley find!! Since I'm retired maybe I'll get back to doing it again. Thank you ...you inspired me.
Your feathering is magic. I normally dont like when flippers stencil the pieces, but yours....well it is just awesome. The stencils dont look like an addition that are trying to make the piece look extra special. These look like they were supposed to be there. Fabulous job, thank you for sharing :-)

To say that you took this piece from Drab to Fab is a complete understatement!! You made this piece MAJESTIC!! I try to incorporate stenciling to all of my pieces. It’s kind of my “signature” mark. I freakin LOVE this stencil pack. I’ll definitely be purchasing it and can hardly wait to find a piece to use it on. You did Brilliantly with it!!
Hi Amy! You definitely accomplished sassy and mysterious! She’s beautiful! I redid a jewelry armoire a few months back and it was also that same golden oak look, just very dated and blah. I blended antebellum blue and mint julep with the succulents transfers, my client couldn’t believe it was the same piece. Dixie Belle’s colors and their Belle’s and Whistles line offer such a variety of options to really transform a piece Stormy Seas is one of my favorite DB colors, it blends beautifully with so many of their colors). You definitely did did so here!💜

Cohesion! I like how those handles are now part of the whole and look grand as you wanted at first. Filled with black pearls and a green Jade this would just be another treasure holding a treasure. Thank you. It gives me some ideas for my own little jewel chest.

I agree, I didn't realize that product existed! Ii used to flip furniture 25yrs ago when it wasn't popular. Ppl weren't into upcycled furniture like they ate today. Now that I'm older and more obstacles are in my way, I can only imagine now. 🤔👍☺️

What you can see though, is what a difference the wax and the zink do on those handles. Amazing how much it alters the look almost completely. Just beautiful.
