Can you please explain what does alpha channels do for the materials, please focus on how we can creat costume materials. And thanks for this video helpful as usual
Great video, thank you. I am starting to use Lumion more and more, and I am coming from Revit. I am trying to optimize workflow and get best results. Is it best to leave all objects(furniture, lighting fixtures and fittings, ornaments, ie) out of imported Revit model and instead only use Lumion objects. I am thinking of output render quality, material control from revit, control of lighting, easy of use. Also, some objects in Revit are unique objects provided by manufacturer and are product specific, are these compatible with Lumion as standalone objects? Any help or links to read would be very helpful. Thanks
Bro, can you help me. My lumion keep switching to intel graphics instead to my nvidia graphics. Although I already set my lumion in my nvidia settings. Badly needed. What to do?
Your tutorials have really been helpful. I have just downloaded lumion trial version today and have a model ready in sketchup which I made following your tutorials. I will try to render it following your guide. Please let me know if there is another tutorial available that could help me better. Also, I am curious about vray render, I couldn't actually download it so tryin lumion as of now. Lumion also seems to be way more costlier than vray. Could you help me choose? I am a beginner and have just started interior designing. Thanks
There's a lot of factors that go into that decision. In general, Lumion will be easier to use and more expensive. Vray is going to cost less and will have much more versatility, but the learning curve is pretty high.
Thanks sir, Request: Can you make a video about Vray-Sketchup rendered jpge file how to set contrast like brightness? Mean: When i sent jpge file to my phone, there is not looking better. Like Much dark....
hey so I'm having an issue where when I'm trying to select something to materialize...let's say the wall for instance, the wall along with the ceiling and even parts of some furniture will all highlight and Im unable to materialize those parts individually. Is that something that I need to fix in sketchup first or can I fix the problem in lumion?
Probably in SketchUp - the reason this is happening is because you have the same material applied to each of those objects (I think). If you want to add a material to objects separately, you'll need to apply a different material to them in SketchUp
Personally I use Lumion more just due to the speed requirements of what I'm doing. I don't know about not as real, but the benefit of Vray is it's much more adjustable with maps and other options, which allow more flexibility in what you can create. On the other hand, that also leads to more complexity as well...
Lol - neglecting probably isn't the right word - honestly, when I made a few Unreal Engine videos, they didn't get much response, so I've been focusing on other programs instead
Amazing my friend!
Thanks a lot!
Thank you so much for your videos! They are masters classes and its' really cool how you put some emotion with your voice while you explain.
Glad you're liking them :)
Great video I enjoyed this alot as I just started using Lumion!

Thanks sir,

Mean: When i sent jpge file to my phone, there is not looking better. Like Much dark....
Well you'd adjust the brightness in Vray before you export your render - after the fact you'd have to edit it in Photoshop or something...
@@TheRenderingEssentials Really Massive thanks...

Thanks for the tutorial. Do you use Lumion more or Vray for rendering? I think Lumion is fast to render but not as real as Vray. Am I correct??
