This is going in my to-do list, first I have to finish this really awesome project I found in Woody Hyezmar’s Woodworking Bible, as seen on his website. Thanks for the video, bookmarked!
Hey Stan, I have some requests- videos on; building a small garden brick wall installing a prehung door kit in a stud wall. replacing a window that is a different size, flashing on a roof (like around a chimney), squeaky stair treads, repair render or better yet doing a whole wall (inc a corner), laying stair carpet (not fitted, just a runner), built in wardrobe in something like in a alcove or stretch of wall I would really like to see bricklaying in a small garden wall, and rendering- Something a diy enthusiast can do...
Cheap and easy are the guiding values. If you have money to spare using a portable table saw, lucky you. But as a circular saw, a straight edge, and some clamps are far cheaper for people new to woodworking, it makes it far more accessible. Also, scoring cuts is a good habit to have as it ensures a better finish without spending 100s of dollars.
Best to check in with the team at your local store - they'll be able to help you cost that up. You can find the full list of materials on our website www.mitre10.co.nz/guides-and-advice/guide/how-to-build-trestle-legs ^Matt

Great video! But how do you secure the table top to the trestle? As the top of trestle joint isn't flat so there is no room to screw
Great Video! Could you please provide the sizes of wood you used, or better a drawings. Thanks a lot!
Good stuff for shop or home. Like your video, because it's simple. )

Awesome video!
so is it possible a pair of hinges b attach to d shelf n fold it all together?
like that trick with the utility knife to score the wood. why don't you just use a portable table saw to rip that pine?
