Pardoomun R a huge thanks😀 it is best to consult an expert on this as as always I say I am no expert but I am just a regular Mum so I am Only able to speak from my experience and as I had natural deliveries I was back to exercising just a few days after but gradual as in not excessive and I believe the usual waiting period is a month to 40 days and with a C section I guess once all is healed and comfy ... do check with your Doc Good luck and congrats
i think there's a huge difference in a girl being skinny like a broom and fit..fit means a nice feminine shape, with healthy glow, great muscle tone and ine must radiate health..being fit is not the same as being a very skinny ectomorph...
+The Tara Sharma Show im sorry i didnt mean to offend you..I am also a skinny girl with a high metabolism, and often times people mistake being fit to being thin..i could eat copious amounts of food and not gain much weight but couldnt run ten feet forward without having to catch my breath.so often times being skinny is equated to being fit..high metabolism does not equate fit..that was the point i was trying to get across and perhaps it came across harsh..you are way fitter than me and look great ! i apologize if ive offended you..keep up the good work..cheers !

I happen to believe in consistent exercise and a balanced diet and life...so reacted to your message as my being slim is perhaps thanks to those things and high metabolism and genes and yes I am fit and healthy touch wood:). As you say you are slim too, I would strongly reccomend you do consistent exercise too. Build your strength and fitness. While thin may not always mean fit, slim in no way should mean weak either!
