This is absolutely 100% a public defender. & he’s really not doing his client any good, however I have a feeling that ol Jeremy here is an obnoxious sovereign citizen! “A violation of policy” ?!? Is he for real right now?!? I think Judge Simpson summed it up perfectly; “thats your argument?!” Bc that is WEAK AF!!!
I used to feel sorry for him at the beginning - he was arrested over an argument that turned into a disturbance/DV against his fiance. They both stated that they were getting married and she wanted the charges to be dropped. Obviously that was not going to happen since the prosecutor chose to go forward regardless of victim cooperation. Then he went on to violate the protective order many times by contacting her and then throwing temper tantrums that have prolonged his stay in jail. Don't get me started about the wheelchair, it is suspicious at best, but I wouldn't call it psychosomatic. He is a moron.
In law school we talked about the "straight faced test", meaning you have to be able to make the argument without laughing. Hard to believe the defense attorney managed to get that argument out, "it was their fault for not wearing enough protective gear..."
The defendant (jeremy schuh) is a frequent flyer in the court system. He's in about 10 of these types of videos and always thinks he knows more than his attorney. He probably would have been out of jail a long time ago it he didn't get in the way and cause so many delays.
18:52 my issue is that the defense is trying to say that he wasn’t hurt that much and the door played more of a part than Jeremy shoe😂😂😂 he argues that the guy should’ve been wearing combat gear, the officer explained why he did not. So this argument is ridiculous and your guys still did try to keep them out and was hurting them intentionally.
Yes Mr. defense attorney. Good job trying to blame the officer and system for the officer's injury. Better job kudos to the Judge for setting the record straight how it was all the prisoner's fault. Evwen more admirable is the Judge keep a straight face through all the requests from the defense. I particularly loved the statement that the defendent has no problem in the general public but does have problems in jail and should be released because he is a menace not to society but to prison guards and administration. Just hilarious.
This defense atty is a public defender. He's tried to get released from this vile guy several times but the court won't let him. He's trying to do his best bc if he doesn't, Shue can appeal on the grounds of ineffective counsel. Shue is the one who is directing him to defend him that way. I feel sorry for the defense atty - he has an impossible job trying to "defend" this guy.
One day, when he is older, Shue is going to realize how much of his life he wasted that he will never get back all because he thought people were impressed about him playing the tough guy. In reality, no one cares. The truth is, behind bars, he will just live life as someones prison girl.
This guy got locked up again??? I haven’t watched any court proceedings in a minute. And the fact that CERT was able to regain control of Shuh without causing serious injury knowing his previous history and how he most likely acted during the incident is truly a testament to how well those officers handled the situation even though the officers incurred injuries.
honestly tho if the charge is a felony "assault on a LEO causing injury" than the defendant is def entitled to see proof of such injury so i don't see an issue there.. a "hyper extended thumb" sounds suspiciously like they were looking to make the assault a felony .... just my two cents..

I have to say, the guard should be ashamed of himself for being in the physical shape he's in with the job he has
Well, the lawyer tried. There is that.
Defense attorney: Judge my client is so violent, this officer should have worn PPE. This is basically the officer's fault. You must acquit. Or dismiss.
😂
I like judge Simpson. He’s compassion when he feels he needs to be and he’s tough when he feels that he needs to be.
Pretty packed courtroom. I wonder how mamy people r there just to see judge Simpson in person. If I was in the area i'd definatly go.
Love this judge's sarcasm 😂😂😂
He has more than enough of Jeremy Shuh!
Jeremy Schuh is legendary for being a "bad actor". I really feel bad for Mr. Killawald...
I do too! This man deserves a bonus for putting up with his client…
Why?
This is his chosen field.
Thats like saying it's the cops fault for dying because he wasn't wearing a ballistic vest when the criminal decided to break the law and shoot him 🤦
Address bail!!! Judge Simpson’s face. 😂😂😂😂
Judge Simpson is awesome
Luv ya judge 🙏
Defense attorney trying to make the deputy responsible for his injuries caused by the defendant is just a scumbag move.
He seems to get in trouble in jail, not a danger to society? Yeah, because he doesn't like being told how to behave and what to do.
Is there a chronological order of videos from the 1st time Jeremy was in custody. It's crazy how zoom has made this guy TH-cam famous, lol.
Old Squishy Gardener has just about every Schuh hearing. Same with Jeffery Bloom.
“Ok….thats denied!”
Mr Shuh is on so often, I’m convinced that he is a plant by TH-cam uploaders so that they will have near unlimited content. lol
I would laugh but it almost makes sense.
I'd like to see a Jeremy Shue time line because this seems to have gone on forever.
If he gets in more trouble in jail he should probably stop doing things that put him in jail.
So the argument from the defense was that it was the officers fault for not wearing certain types of equipment that may or may not have contributed to the injury? Of course it’s not the defendants fault for REFUSING TO COMPLY! He needs to be held accountable for his actions. Yes they know he is violent but that doesn’t give him a pass because that’s just how he is!
You know that when an inmate dictates conditions to the court that the judicial system has become a cesspool
Blaming the officer for not wearing better gear when being attacked is the equivalent of blaming a woman for what she's wearing when assaulted 🤦🏽♀️
Agreed
I'm wondering if his lawyer had a brain
No, it's more like blaming her for being raped because she's weaker than a man. Asserting that if she had lifted weights more, she could have prevented it.
It makes way more sense to blame the woman for dressing like a ho and putting herself in bad situations then to blame the officer...
@@pamelamorrison4086 Remember: every defendant has the right to a defense, even if there is no defense. He's just reaching for anything in a straight-forward assault case.
They also blame her for what she was drinking. Prisoner had no way to retreat, so he was FORCED to defend himself.
He's BACK. And he hasn't got any smarter or less violent.
Amazing the number of people he attacks, despite always insisting he needs to be in a wheelchair....until he wants to beat up women or attack guards.
Anyone not familiar with Mr Schuh will soon find out that he will now start his usual routine of threatening to sue any attorney assigned to him, any judge or magistrate who has a Schuh case cross the desk. He says the same of opposing counsel, police officers, police lab workers, and court staff.
Then there is the way he treats witnesses. IN particular those who he has court orders saying he must not speak to or approach.
Combining his refusal to follow any bond stipulations with his "if it moves I'll sue" mentality, he can take a traffic stop and turn it into a year in jail. Every judge in the county has to recuse themselves from the cases.
It's like he heard of Kim Blandino, but drew all the wrong conclusions.
Doing a great job with the channel, thanks for your hard work in making these available.
2:04 the lady on the far right is LOVING the excuses.
I wish Judge Simpson had been Darrell Brooks' judge. What a show that would have been. Or should I say, MORE of a show!
I so agree. But then again, I don't think he would have gotten away with half the shenanigans he did if Judge Simpson was presiding. That would have been a show.
@@trishie3376True, Duhrell wouldn’t have tried 1/2 of his BS with a male judge. Ah well, he’ll still be doing time when I’m reincarnated for the 3rd time … so there’s that! 😂
To be fair, that case demanded her level of patience so he wouldn’t be able to cause a mistrial, wouldn’t be able to appeal and wouldn’t get away with anything after the fact. He tried the entire time to be held in contempt, further delaying the case, what judge Dorow (sp?) did regarding that case was nothing but pure brilliance and required an incredibly amount of grace under pressure, composure, patience, compassion, the list goes on and on.
This little guy was combative? 😂😂😂😂😂 By the looks of him if you just flicked his ear he’d run away! He’s not intimidating whatsoever! 😂😂😂
The judge's voice is verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry similar to Vincent Price's.
I feel so sorry for these defense attorneys. Some of these defendants that they have to defend are really impossible to defend. How do you defend someone who obviously did something wrong? Really all you can do is hope that you can find something that the state did wrong in prosecuting your client or that law enforcement did something wrong in enforcing a law or policy.
Whether the police follow a policy or not has absolutely no bearing on whether or not a defendant violated the elements of statutory law or not, and therefore has no bearing on a verdict.
When I was in junior high, I wanted to be a lawyer. I considered that my job as a defense attorney would be to see that my client's rights were respected and that hearings/trials were conducted fairly and in accordance with the law. I never considered that it would be part of my job to help people who were guilty as sin to escape the consequences of their actions.
@@johns1039 if the police or prosecutor did something that violates the rights of the defendant or messes up any evidence or, obtained evidence illegally, it can get the case thrown out. Yes, the person still committed the crime, but now they are free. This is why the police and prosecutors need to follow the law very carefully, cross every T, and dot every i
Thanks, I did not know that after twenty five years in law enforcement including most in active investigative, prosecutorial and supervisory and management roles. (Dripping with sarcasm.) @@oktomcat
I swear these cases are better than soap operas😂
Hes here so much they should put him on the payroll
🤣🤣🤣
I so enjoy watching love this Honarble Judge Simpson!!💖💖 He treats all human beings with humanity no matter of Race Disabilities etc:: he gives people the best chance to make better choices of their actions to better their lives as seeking honorable justice !!!
Dang he's back
Shuh never leaves!
Just a few days earlier he was so polite to judge Simpson
He knows better than to screw very much with this judge
It's Shuh time!😆
Thank q 4 gr8 content. Love judge Simpson & your intro 🎶 music!😊❤
🤣🤣🤣 “no, their gonna stay right there bc u don’t know how to act sometimes” was said w such casualness, & could only be delivered so casually by a judge like Judge Simpson. Oh wow!
We're getting too old for this, Jeremy. Ever notice that with every arrest, your fellow inmates keep getting younger?
Even if he caused injuries during a cell extraction procedure, he still would have caught charges.
The defendant (jeremy schuh) is a frequent flyer in the court system. He's in about 10 of these types of videos and always thinks he knows more than his attorney. He probably would have been out of jail a long time ago it he didn't get in the way and cause so many delays.
Go Mikey!
The defense attorney is just doing his job. I am sure he thinks his “client” is a POS.
I thought he was disabled, so how is he able to brace the door with his legs?
He’s full of it
He has “selective ” disabilities. It’s similar to children who “selective” hearing.
Hes a malingerer
Yes Mr. defense attorney.
Poor defense lawyer...
One day, when he is older, Shue is going to realize how much of his life he wasted that he will never get back all because he thought people were impressed about him playing the tough guy.
In reality, no one cares.
The truth is, behind bars, he will just live life as someones prison girl.
I do love the defendant’s attorney! I was surprised to see him come a little unhinged at the end.
I suspect he has been locked up continually since he has had so many different cases running concurrently.
They’ve probably had to install Shuh his own cat door at the jail so he can be shoved back inside at all hours. What a burden on society he is!
My son is on a SWAT team, if the extraction group are anything like the SWAT group, playtime is over
Jeremy is the gift that keeps on taking...time from the public defenders, money from the tax-payers, and patience from Judge Simpson.
honestly tho if the charge is a felony "assault on a LEO causing injury" than the defendant is def entitled to see proof of such injury so i don't see an issue there.. a "hyper extended thumb" sounds suspiciously like they were looking to make the assault a felony .... just my two cents..
He definitely doesn't want this case in front of Judge Simpson. Look at his face, he's disgusted with him. He needs a good dose of stepbrother
Rock on Judge Simpson!
Love Judge Simpson!
Damn.. Defense lawyers have it rough.
Love this judge!!!
It’s remarkable that in this high technologically advanced era, that audio/visual quality is so poor!
Js if my daughter’s time is up on her tablet. I simply ask for it back and she hands it to me. This dude apparently acts like a baby lmao.
Shuh refused an order, assaulted officers. Simple.
Just WOW!!!😮😂
I watched a few of your videos but this is the first time that your thumbs up logo has seemed a touch ironic! 😉 😂
Isn't it sad that inmates get use of a tablet, yet the are still school systems in this country that can't get the funding for laptops and other necessities for our children!
While iPads have their place in education, it should be noted that the generation that grew up and invented them, didn’t need them. Giving every kid a crutch might not be the best for them.
When you don't know if this is a current or past case for this defendant it's time to send him to prison. Jeremy is a life time prisoner & defendant that will as shortly ask for another attorney & it will be denied. Talk about career criminal tying up the court system.
Yeahhhhhh, I fight in jail and rack up more charges. Can I get bail to fight outside the jail?
Judge Simpson's face when they rolled him out says it all!!
I love that look from Judge Simpson when that idiot defendant asked for bond.
Attorney Kiliwog seems so run down and exhausted trying to give *some* kind of defence to his defendants no matter how wafter thin they are, I kinda feel sorry for the guy.
Judge Simpson has the funniest court cases along with Judge Judy.
Yes the defendant needs a wheelchair, but not for the reasons you might think. That wheelchair is a restraint. He’s shackled into that seat for everyone else’s safety.
He's escalating towards killing someone. It's the only place this leads.
He OBVIOUSLY likes jail! hard to believe for most of us, but there are studies showing a percentage of repeat offenders find jail life easier to deal with as the old saying goes 3 hots and a cot
