Part 2 Triumph T90 carb cleaned and needle adjustment. Will it still run rich ?

Ok so I have cleaned the carb out dropped the needle down one groove and reassembled the old Amal carb how will it run after l tighten a few nuts and bolts that rattled loose on the first test.
