I wish more people knew about your channel - you are such a fun person to watch, your recipes very unique and I simply adore how much effort you put into making sure you're honouring the cultures you take the ideas from (be it your own or a different one). I love learning about new dishes, traditions or ingredients through your content and I really hope you'll be able to get rewarded for all the time and work it takes to film and edit these videos! . Lots and lots of love Afia! Stay safe and have a great rest of the week!
I just want to say thank you for your channel, I'm also a vegan Ghanaian living in Canada and I sometimes find it hard to connect with our cultural foods. Keep up the good work, what you're doing is very important!
I’m not opposed to mixing but I like to eat around the plate and make different combinations on my fork/spoon 😅 Anyway this is random but as I was walking I noticed another African market by me! Even closer than the first one I found. I was in a rush but next time will check it out. I know to look for teff now.
What province do you live in? Just saw a video of yours from n Facebook about how there is no substitute for African cooking. Super excited to find some new tasty recipes to try out. :)
8:25 You have a very nice hairstyle! It really suits you :D I would say you should wear your hair down more often BUT we all know how unpractical it gets ;P

3:50 I have only tried teff porridge (made from teff flakes) but I absolutely loved it. It has such a wonderful, nutty and deep taste!
I have been looking for a Ghanaian Vegan! Thank God for this page ❤️ would love to see more recipes for spicy food lovers lol
Also I’m team mix everything together because I love how the different flavors can come together
This all looks very tasty, I always find vegan breakfasts the hardest so I will try these
