    I just now went to that website you told us about and tears welled up in my eyes hearing all those beautiful sounds. This is so amazing!
    I don't play the piano or keyboard, but I just cannot get enough of these beautiful sounds and want to learn to play so I can "construct" beauty from such a lovely library of sounds!
    I already bought the Arturia MiniLab to dip in this pool, but this is just sucking me further in at lightspeed...

    Were you recording the sound of the piano through MIDI or a mic? I'm a novice at that sort of stuff but I really would love to know how to get the best quality sound from recording. I always end up having my mic pic up too much of the key thumping which can be very annoying

    • @creeperkiller1271
      @creeperkiller1271 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      He is going direct through the outputs in the back. For some more information MIDI only caries the note data itself, which notes and when they are being played plus few msc. thing like program and controller changed , not any audio. Most keyboards will have direct outs and if they dont it would be ill advisable to mic one out of the basic speakers. Hope this helped.

    You need to try Ky:S04 Prefab Chime + Vo:064 Brusky. Many layer possibilities just by playing and great for modern worship too!!
    I think there are better sounding instruments out there and software can sound much better too, but I love the light keyboard of the 61 one version, the very quick startup time and the fact I can use it as an audio interface. I can use Audacity or DAW program and start record. For this price its a great and lightweighted board.

    Great vid !!! I just got mine a month ago. Love it !!
    2 questions... 1) i dont have a mic yet, any idea if a sound can be produced like in Framptons "do you feel like i do" instead of putting a tube in my mouth.. and 2) any thoughts on a free DAW software that will work with this keyboard?? thanks..

    • @alicaramba7680
      @alicaramba7680 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      1. You shouldn't think you will be able to produce a sound like those guys on records (even if it is "live", it still is a record, likely overdubbed many times and mastered with a gear worth thousands of bucks).
      2. There is no dedicated DAW software which "works with" this keyboard. You can connect JUno DS through MIDI interface, so it acts as "midi device". Here is a list you might interested in:
      bedroomproducersblog.com/2015/11/11/free-daw-software/
      Also, you can get free DAW (Cubase AI, Ableton Live Lite) with certain audio interfaces.

    • @officialWWM
      @officialWWM 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Rich Rocket I'm keeping it but it will stay in my studio where accessing functions quickly isn't so critical. I'm looking at the Roland VR09 or the Vox Continental for live work. It really depends on what you are looking for and what you need. I love the layout of the Vox, everything makes sense and it's simple to access different modules and I'd really like something with drawbars. The VR09 is very cool too but it's getting pretty old now and looks very dated. Who knows, cause it's been around for a few years, I might be able to pick up a second hand one. The Vox is winning for me at the moment though.

    • @RichRocketMan
      @RichRocketMan 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@officialWWM Music Islife - Thanks for comments. Forgot to mention Korg Krome EX is in running as well. My goals are portability to move it around the house so I can experiment and come up with song ideas, no live performances. Want to easily record and import/export tracks. Need rich beautiful piano sounds because that is my passion. Limitation of 8 tracks on DS seems severe. Do you run into that limitation much? Or, just do what you can with it, then head to the DAW to carry it further?

    • @officialWWM
      @officialWWM 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Rich Rocket I don't use the on board recording at all cause it's just easier to plug it into a computer and record as many tracks as I want for as long as I want. You can then mix your tracks down and save then to a USB stick and plug it into the back of the Juno. Now you can play along with your tracks anywhere you like :) I think if portability is important, you can't go wrong. The 61 key version even tuns on batteries. The best thing about the Juno is that it has almost endless sounds. The worst thing about the Juno is that it has almost endless sounds 😂

The Casio 3000 had no cord so the display could not be played. Tell the manager and owner so he can get his store in shape. Gezze with this lock down they are sitting in this store and nothing works and the pianos are all out of tune! Guitars too. I was told to go to internet to hear how it sounds.
