I know that you talk about this in the video but I want to be very clear: what is better: To stick with one affirmation as long as it take effect or to take a different affirmation daily depending on your situation??? because sometimes you have different problems
Dear Leonel,
You can do both. I use one affirmation that I continue to use for a long time (usually at the end of each meditation) until I feel it fulfill it's purpose, and at the same time, l add different affirmations daily, depending on the need. I hope this helps. Blessings, Nayaswami Diksha
Hello Leonel, this is a very good inquiry about using one or many affirmations. We do have varying problems don't we. Paramhansa Yogananda was divinely given many affirmations, which seems to be the Divine's way of saying 'here, you may need a variety of affirmation energy to address a range of human challenges'. So, perhaps having a small selection of affirmations to use would be a good approach. First, you can become calm and ask for Divine guidance of which affirmation might be best for what you face. Then center your attention on the point between the eyebrows and breathe simply. See what comes into your intuitive awareness and then select an affirmation from this more inward state.
One of my favorite of Yogananda's affirmations is this one which I find good for every situation:
I go forth in perfect faith
In the power of Omnipresent Good
To bring me what I need at the time I need it. - Paramhansa Yogananda
