    The meditation is good but there shouldn't be any commercial breaks during the meditation. only in the beginning or the end. very disturbing!!!!!

    TH-cam Interrupting a guided meditation with commercials repeatedly is pretty ridiculous. It’s not the place to make money. Play them before and after if they must because it ruins the meditation…. 😢

    avoid breathing deliberately...remain impartial observer to the flow... I am spirit ...focus your eyes above horizon line...feel the breath entering the point...

    The meditation is so serene.
    However I cannot help but get attracted to the saliva gulping every 30sec and i get distracted. My minds misatke but the mic i guess was too sensitive. :(
