    Can you please make a video on the amount of proteins needed to be loaded on SDS for WB?

      You can load 10 ug to 50 ug of the protein. Im fact the amount of protein you load depends on multiple factors. 1. The basal expression level of protein .
      2. The amount of primary and secondary antibody i.e. the dilution of the antibody used.

    My internet is in negative -0.3.... And slop is 0.2 and R2 is 96.1
    But this is not giving proper concentration
