Tyagi ji , the fact is if you have money then in India also you can have non- adulterated food , live in posh society so no muh issue of goons then the last thing is pollution which can be avoided by not living near major cities and industrial hubs. So I think for next 50-100 years you can still live in India in such places don't know what will happen after that. But all this is for people who can afford rest have to live near high density areas with pollution and adulteration.

Sir you have to pass few papers After registration with medical councils All the Indian doctors are doing very well Exams are not any obstacles when you once decide to migrate
25 lakhs in india are nothing especially if you wanna buy an aprtment in gurgaon, traffic, adulteration, pollution, higher unnecssary health cost, higher indirect taxes and corruption/dirty politics at every level. I do understand you miss your friends cuz you belong to a different generation but today's generation is hell busy and hell alone, on top of it people now a days are even afraid to get married or have kids. In India if your wealth is above 100 crores only then it makes sense to stay there. Even high net worth individuals are leaving in record numbers and I am quite sure they are not fools.
