I'm in an engineering design course. My final project for the semester was to design and model a product, and I made a portable solar powered water filter. I was pleasantly surprised to discover afterwards that someone designed an almost identical product to mine except more modular, more functional, and more affordable. They even look similar! (this one is totally nicer than my design, though) Great stuff!
I will be excited, when The Flow 2020 arrives, sometime in April 2021.. With the Covid plague interrupting so many thngs; it’s been a long wait. I’m hoping it will be worth the time and $. (I will update comment after I try it for a weekend in the woods.) Stay well. Take care.
Where do you get replacement water filter? It is an expensive solar water pump if you cant get replacement filter. Dont even see them on there website....

Do you know of a better alternative to a water purifier where you can get water from any lake/pond, purify the water with the system, and then use it as drinking water or hand cleaning water? I'm only interested in purchasing this product for emergencies only.

An essential product whenever the power goes out
You might want to have intake tube and outflow tube in different colors and store separately to proven cross contamination.
Imagine combining this with the waterlily hydrogenerator for a continuous water purifier!
