Beating A Link Between Worlds: Turtle Rock after finding Ice Palace

So I start by finding the Ice Palace, then somehow go from upgrading the Tornado Rod and end up doing the Hyrule Hot Foot. I see a Heart Piece outside a dungeon and decide to do Turtle Rock where I find the Hylian Shield!

I'm not sure, but where you did the foot race, there was the fairy fountain. Before I mentioned that this map is similar to alttp, you can see another room to the left of the fairys, I want to say there is a bombable wall to the left of the entrance. If you happen to go back that way again
