Beating Wind Waker: Sailing, Exploration and the Auction House

I decide to explore around Hyrule now that I beat the 1st and 2nd Dungeon. I sail around the sea, trying to find hidden things. I find a few islands with not much for me to do yet, I found some mysterious place where I got a pendant but couldn't get by a blocked door way, and I talk with every Fishman I can. Then, things go over the top as I head to the Auction House. I do save scum, and I try to go big money on the Swift Sail
