We've often heard that one can go far when working alone but even further when working in a team. I can attest to this. Collaborating with other designers whether web or graphic will not only lighten the load but grant you the opportunity to build a solid network of support with other creatives
You don't have to tackle briefs on your own if you have such a network of creatives around you. Maybe, at times if the workload becomes a bit much you can pass a project to another designer who might be in need of a Job.
