I've never been to their stadium, although I saw the exterior to it. There's something off putting about the design, I concur.

I've heard Gilroy's known for their garlic. I'd attend a Sharks game if I followed hockey but for some reason I don't. It is laughable about DUDger Stadium being half empty by every sixth inning. At AT&T Park, you're lucky if just 3% of attendees depart at that same interval

That's still a classless request too. You don't ask a team that's just won their pennant to not come back out on the field to celebrate. There are Dodger fans that traveled there to watch the game and going back on the field is a way to celebrate with your fans that made the road trip. You let them celebrate and then clear out the stadium when they're done. Pretending the stadium needed to be cleared out ASAP after that game is total BS.

Im not against the team celebrating, but when an organization politely asks to keep the celebration in the locker room, you should respect that, not have a damn pool party in front of all their fans

So since they were given a ridiculous request by the Diamondbacks they said "OK, we'll skip celebrating on your field and celebrate in your pool instead." Also, telling opposing fans they can't wear their team colors behind home plate is low class too.

Bleachers are definitely the best....I mean, i've been kicked out of AT&T Park before for constantly yelling things at the opposing bullpen down the first base line (against the D-Backs), where all the old rich folks sit....Bleachers are a different story though

It was not the Entire team that jumped in the pool. It was only a few players. It was PAYBACK for the crap the Dbacks pulled on the Dodgers back in June when they went head hunting. Mattingly said at the time that the only revenge would be taken by winning. He was right.

AZ as a state, in general, has always been uptight. I don't get why the Cardinals, er uh, I mean the Suns feel so dissed. They asked the Dodgers to refrain from celebrating on their field. Technically, the pool is off the field. Also having a pool at a ballpark is laughable. This is a traditional past time, not Soak City for God sake...

Not a big Dodgers fan but I liked their celebration. It reminds me of a bunch of little leaguers at Shakeys celebrating their baseball victory. I personally think that it should be an inspiration for kids, showing them that sometimes professional athletes still enjoy a victory just like when they were kids.

lol I love it, as a Dogder fan I am happy to hear NL West champs, and before the current owners Dodger fans were stuck with bargain bin free agent pick ups from McCort as the owner for far too long. We picked up 3 "bad contracts" from the Red Sox and so far two have proven to be well worth it since the trade (Breckett's deal is up at the end of the season I think, if not then soon). If you wanna hate for the payroll, blame the teams that don't wana compete. It feels good to be a Dodger fan.
