    Holy guacamole! What are the odds! I am researching Laban's 8 actions for arts integration and look what I found!! Magic! I need to pick your brain a little.

    Now I get it...the teacher last week completely lost me in a void. I am dyslexic but I so get this.

    great explanation, it helped a lot to understand better Laban basics. I teach dance for actors and it´s been really helpful, thank you very much.

    I’m trying to find information on the style of movement notation you can find in Korea- I believe it’s called Chamo. Can anyone direct me to some sources.

    Very very good! I just have one question: the dimensional scale, as shown on 21:45/23:14 (and assuming we use our right arm to demonstrate it) gets 'sustained time' going backwards and 'quick time' going forwards and that is opposite to what you say and really demonstrate yourself. Unless that scale is oriented facing us and we are using the left arm, this just left me confused for awhile. Anyway, thank you for such a clear presentation!

      No one. That's the point. He pioneered these conceptual and methodological frameworks.

    I wish he spoke with a bit more clarity not almost eating away his words especially at the end of his sentence or going on to a next exciting one.

    This seems like bullshit to me.
    I don't really agree with the assumptions that up is light and down is strong etc.
    I think they're a completely arbitrary fabrication which could be designed any way you like

      The assumption that it's an "arbitrary fabrication" is bullshit to me.... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    • @Jzzmus
      @Jzzmus 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      And it's hardly arbitrary as things that are light are higher. Things that are "down" have weight and are, in contrast, stronger. Like, think before you bloody type, you troglodyte.
