Nice video sir. You have explained very well along with practical flavour which comes from your rich experience.. 👌🏻👌🏻
Thank you for your kind compliment Bhupendra.
Great illustration of cutting parameters and machining time calculations. Good efforts Sir.
Thank you Venu
Thank you Venu
Very good video, and I believe, too much work for compilation of the data and the clip. Will be very useful and easy to made, if the different parts in the clip in the description (Work materials
, Tool materials, Tool type and so on), will be made like a direct links to the parts in the clip, to be possible to be reached, with direct clicking with the mouse on them (the You Tube editor have this possibility). Very good job!
Thank you Choko Boko.
Your feedback is well appreciated.
I will definitely add the details in description
Choko Boko, your suggestion is implemented. Thanks
@@CNCLearning Exactly what I had in mind. Looks very good!
@@chokoboco thank you so much
Nice video sir very informative
Thank you Shekhar
From formula of Milling Cutting Speed, Feed what would be the depth of cut that we can generally select (Full flute length /Partial). Is there any emperical formula related to the above formulas.
For depth of cut, there is no such formula. It mainly depends upon the capability of the tool, machine and clamping
In general how can we choose a better depth of cut
@@girishph1951 refer 15:50 in the video. Maximum depth of cut based on insert shape is mentioned. If you are doing a part up to 100mm size, you may use 1mm depth of cut. If your part call for lot of roughing, to reduce the cutting time you may have to increase the depth of cut. But then tool capability, machine rigidity, clamping rigidity, part configuration, all these things need to be considered
Depth for end milling (axial, radial)
I have my project on CNC parameter optimization which method to use for calculating optimization
There is only one method for optimization. Please go through the video thoroughly and then ask specific doubts
@@CNCLearning okay sir
Tamil speking explain sir
Will do 👍
