It’s so interesting watching on track battles between GT1 and GTE cars with the latter having amazing cornering and breaking performance while the GT1s are just rocket ships. Amazing video as always! The tracking shots between T2 and T6 are actual works of art!

Seconded. The gains in suspension, chassis, and aerodynamic development make GTEs shockingly sticky. Can't wait for some post-2016 cars with the big wings and barely-hanging-on diffusers to show up in historic events, 'cause those might make the LMPs shiver.

So many thanks for this upload, what a car with incredibles curves, and such a sound !
There is a driving simulator at the Paul Ricard Extrem Park in front of the "bridge turn", you can virtually drive this great car on the track.
It's necessarily better in real life...but it's more expensive ! 😅😄

It sounds very similar to the BMW M3 GTR. All it's missing is the straight cut gearbox whine. I know both cars have a flat plane crank V8 with the BMW engine being 4 litres in displacement while the Ferrari engine is 4.5 litres in displacement but I had no idea both engines sounded so alike.

Most of the other cars shown are older GT1 spec that have huge horsepower, if less cornering performance than the later GT2/E spec 458.
