Looks like a super fun, unique creative project. Your truck will look like a giant Honda Acty. I can't wait to see it driving on the streets. Imho, the bed needs to be wider. Or stick with your current plan to install that bed, intall fenders for the rear wheels and------ add fenders for the front wheels too. It would be a lot of work, but in my opinion, you would be happier chopping that bed in half and adding the width to square it up with Pugly’s cab. No need for big square fenders, nice and straight from nose to tail. I think the biggest pain will be the tailgate, but man will it look good!
DEFINITELY cut the bed and add the 19 inches. Also, don't give a damn what anyone else thinks. I also have a single axle cabover, it's decked out like a Gen 1 Optimus Prime. Just a fun toy like yours. Subscribing!
Looks awesome Are you going to put LEDs in the truck bed and the truck also are you going to keep the FORD badge on the tailgate so it will mach the truck

We had a guy in my town who did one of those old Chevy c6000 with a truck bed swapped on way back in the mid-90s. He was way ahead of his time because it's the hot ticket now! Love that you've done that with a cabover. I could see maybe opening up the wheel wells at the bottom corners for better clearance maybe? I think going wider is definitely better than adding the dually fenders!
Happy New Year. Go with the sectioned F-250 bed. Never been a stepside fan, so dually fenders wouldn't look good. You guys don't have any idea what the rust is like here in Michigan or the rest of the midwest. That F-250 parts truck you have is what a lot of us here use to plow snow. It would be cool if you made the closeout panels between the bed and the cab out of diamond-plate.
You could go to store and get metal like on the bead buy bing roofing mettle one strip and get some sheet metal for the box sides up to cab
