The same happened to me. My father in the shower thing. From ages 7-9. my mother pretended nothing was happening. I told my mom’s mom and she was RIP ROARING MAD. I thought i was in trouble. Grandma called the police. My father made me believe it was NORMAL. My CPS care worker unfortunately was on HIS side and did everything to keep him out of prison. He was pleaded “guilty of keeping me clean“ This was in 1999. unfortunately that care worker is STILL working😢 Cindy Seever Lowe of Wisconsin Rapids, WI. There’s a special place down below waiting for her…by the way, her husband , A POLICE OFFICER, sh0t himself in the head with a nailg@n because his boss found CP on his laptop. It’s all on Google. My father got away with it all, passed away a free man.
I pray this child and children like myself get justice because i didn’t. Parents should be protectors. No one else in my life is as evil as Cindy and my father were to me. I have found peace and i wish that for that poor child❤ a future of peace.

I was severely abused before I could even walk or talk. locked in a basement with no food. punished for stealing a piece of bread and being locked in a tiny trunk when my mother wanted to party. I am now 52 it took me years of very hard work to recover and heal. It is all too long to put here but my point is I now work in the anti-trafficking movement and have for over a decade. when we help others and use what we endured to raise awareness make changes etc then we take back our power! I am a survivor of childhood neglect, emotional and physical abuse and SA- 4-8 years. I won’t go into everything that happened to me. The reason I’m commenting is because the women talking in the show said “ I don’t know how they come back from this”.
I had nightmares, flashbacks and didn’t trust my own feelings for years. I was an addict for 8 years of my life but after I finally got help for myself I’m doing well in life. I still struggle with some things but I have a family and I’m relatively successful.
Those children have a tough road ahead but they are let necessarily lost. Don’t write them off.
I’ll hold them in my heart and pray they surround themselves with people who love and protect them so they ca heal and learn to love and trust themselves.

I appreciated your anger on this one. Often times journalist are so focused on telling a story they don’t let their own emotions influence the delivery. I think you both did a great job on telling us the facts with as minimal bias as possible while still being human and sharing the emotions we all were feeling. I’d rather watch videos like this then a newscaster just spewing info out like a robot.

Ppl need to wake up already and help spread truth instead of protecting their family members and being scared cuz being afraid will continue to hold back our society and a lack of growth and justice will be our downfall . Someday evil will be the default if us hurting our planet doesn’t get us first . Grow up and help end ignorance before it’s too late

If you have any Bible at all, have a look at Hebrews 4:13. Everything wicked will come to the light(and Justice will be served). Nothing is hidden from the One who sees all things.
      Jehovah is His name(YHWH).
All in due time, he'll fix this broken world. Psalm 37:10 says 'Just a little while longer, and the wicked will be no more...'
Psalm 37:34 'Hope in Jehovah and follow his way, and he will exalt you to take possession of the earth. When the wicked are done away with, you will see it.'
