How awesome you found another pattern, but a bummer a piece was missing! Regarding the similarities of the patterns, I do that all the time! I really need some sort of photo-based app to catalogue them all so I doubt the same pattern a zillion different times. I know there are apps, and really should look into it more! Congratulations on the successes and good try for the not so successful shirt. In science the say there are no failed experiments because each experiment teaches you something and I think it’s the best way to look at sewing, and life, really! It’s all good information.👍
Oh dear sorry you had a miss this week but wow you had success with the blue top! I also love the one on your manikin ❤. That dress looks like it’s going to be a winner, love that fabric and how lucky you managed to get another one! I used to cut all my patterns when I got them as well, I learnt not to do that in case my daughter wanted the item instead of me and she is a different size. Sorry to hear you were poorly at the weekend and glad you are better now, so many people are ill at the moment but as you say, it’s Winter season😅. Have a lovely weekend ❤

Hi Mary, Yes I need to do a tour but I have so many things I want to make right now. The room is busy busy with things all over the place. I hope to get the tour in soon. I have never ordered from Temu. I'll have to check them out. My dress form is ok. Not a huge help to be honest with you but I'm glad I have it. Thanks for your comments and chatting with me!

I have the first pattern that you showed, plus the dress one that you have but experienced a missing piece. I haven't opened that dress pattern to examine all the pieces.
I got at IKEA about 10 years ago. It's 3 mirrors. The center mirror is mounted on the wall and the other 2 are connected with hinges. The name of the mirror was called STAVE at the time.

I still enjoy sewing anytime I'm in my sewing room even if it's a fail! Learning all the time.

Mary, I want to add that the dress form is great for mocks and draping. The only drawback is it's not exactly my size.
