I keep getting the error when I try to enable lipsync. :/ I don't understand what " PCM 16 bit 48 kHz." is, and I only understand a little Japanese so I can't read what I'm doing wrong. :(
Sorry if this us late, but you should download Audacity if you don't have it. Once you have you upload the WAV file on the left side you will see info about the file. You click on the black arrow and go all the way to "set sample" and click on 16-bit PCM. After that you go on "set rate" click on "48000Hz" then you export the file (meaning saving it somewhere else) and that's it.
The Plugin doesn't support Audacity. I used FL Studio and it worked~! You can get the demo for free, so you don't have to worry about saving up for money.

Vayanis Hey I will pm you and have further discussions - my app reads in the data using VMDConverter and plugs it into a database and then rearranges the data and rewrites out the data into a new vmd file (again by dropping it into VMDconverter and doing the frame counts internally - I should be able to mod it so it only writes the facial stuff and can do the same math that you do in Excel except without all the manual steps in Excel. One thing you might add to your vid (which is awesome) is that the sort order of the spreadsheet is each bone - then all the frames for that bone, followed by the next bone. Anyway - very cool - I think you are the first resource I have seen that really gets into the vmd file structure as you see it in the VMDConverter output - Bravo!!

the longest part was converting. I only did two takes for this video. But i used my camera to record my voice so i could distinctly separate it from the system audio, and so i can leave the PC to fully use its harddrive writespeed to record video. I might use this in combination with engineering fluid dynamics to show whats possible with streamlines...

i.m doing a mmd dance video i.m having issues with the syncing between the wav and motion file...the motion ends earlier than the wav files which sucks any way i can solve it? i.ve tried to move the frames even cutting the wav earlier it made it worst!!!....other dance mmd videos i.ve made seems to work fine and in sync except this one i.m making right now

This method of filtration may cause errors in some cases. Like: 0, 0.9, 0.91, 0.92, 0.93...0.99, 0.8 will turn into 0, 0.99, 0.8 that cause graph to grow from 0 to 0.99 within 10 frames instead of jumping to 0.9 in second frame. Anyway thumb Up
When I load up MMM with the LipSynchloid plugin installed, I get an error that says "Could not load file or assembly or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format." I have unblocked and extracted both files, and I really need help.

probably it needs an updated version of directX to work. If your directX is updated, then i also am not sure what else can cause it without further information

the excel thing is just to minimize the jittery, shaky feeling due to every single frame having 4 unique points by just taking just the maximum and minimum values. This makes cleaning it a lot easier, such as when trying to remove unwanted noises. For example, try 19:10 . You will see the kaito model's mouth did not move when i cleared my nose. If it wasnt cleaned, the mouth would open, corresponding to the sound it heard. If youre fine with the results as is, then dont worry about the entire second half of the tutorial
You can do it manually in MMM, just get rid of the un-needed key frames, make sure the motion ends when the vocals end, so it's not 20,000+ frames long. It's a bit tedious, but it works!
Can anyone please tell me if I can use MikuMikuMoving without a Kinect for my laptop? Cause I do have a webcam. So, should a webcam be enough for MMM? O_o I really need MMM so, I can do my animation projects a lot quicker & smoother.
It does You have to remove the instruments from the music file. Audacity works to Isolate the vocals But If you get VoiceTrap Vst It makes isolating the vocals Far better with Audacity. The faint Instrument's will get removed when cleaning up in excel. Another option Is to find an Accapela (Vocal only) of the original song Then you will have no background music bleeding into the lypsyncing.
Im finding this method to be way too complicated for its own good. I think face and lips manually would be easier, time consuming yes. But i think, this is just as time consuming as is.

When I extracted MMM it doesn't go into a folder (all programs with it are seperate) with everything and I can't find plugins or anything.

try audacity audio file convertor or some other audio convertor. PCM 16 bit 48 kHz. If it isnt, show me the error message you get.
i use audacity and i can only export audio that says WAV (Microsoft) signed 16-bit PCM and it doesn't work and i cant get super
Get FL Studio. You can get the demo(no trial) for free, and it works well with the plugin.

Is it possible to make an audio file 16bit and 48Hz?
probably, but it will probably need you to search for audio conversion software. I'm using Super by erightsoft for most of my conversions

The Lipsyncloid doesn't work even if i already put a 16khz and 48khz :'(
has to be PCM codec. If youre using some other wav codec, that may be the problem
