First Light Guiding has launched 'Spirit of the Mountains' Mountaineering and Self-Development Retreat.
Using mountains as a vehicle for self discovery, the purpose of this retreat is to open the gates of self development potential during an immersive 5 day retreat in the Southern Alps. It is facilitated by Gavin Lang and an expert in the field of Self Mastery, Stef Sifandos.
The course was designed to involve each participant at the mental, emotional, spiritual and physical level to ensure a positive and uplifting outcome.
