Wow, very gusty move from So So after the first 5 mins of harassment from the highly annoying Zealot attack. It was a very great move by killing the first Nexus thereafter. So So developed so quickly after the Dragoon and the bridge push really impressed. Great victory for our Terran player today. I really enjoyed watching this! Thank you!
- Motive doesn't have good/proper killer instincts I don't think... it seems like he misses out on using his units well later on, so by missing the killer part he's going to faulter by taking the game later (the games where he wasn't making probes properly - at all really, despite it going later and later is also called a mismanagement). - It's again unfortunate since he then can't control them properly later on (e.g. the reaver deaths in so many games), so apart from Artosis' points of - 'the two reavers with the shuttle are still alive outside of your natural/third base/platform (e.g. the triple bridges here or on the high ground over the 3rd)´ - he isn't getting that much use out of them. Even early the dragoon micro up the ramp with the zealot having to walk past the S.C.V.s, why not just bring both away from the 2 ramps and if the marines & S.C.V.s go down to kill the pylon then bring the zealot up... it just seems like he goes at the wrong time a lot. - It's either a control thing or a timing thing or both where needs to work on them a bit, saw it a bit much in the last series too.
Honestly his early attack was his highpoint this game. The zealots did huge dmg and then the goons put huge pressure on. After that? Motive got crushed every battle. Taking some really bad fights for no reason lost him this game.
Terran can’t do it cause the SCV needs to be there to build it so it will just be killed off. I’m not sure about Zerg but I assume sacrificing an early drone for that isn’t worth it.
Pro Terrans absolute refusal to build an early bunker is just so weird. It's 100 minerals! You canceled their natural Nexus! You're still ahead if you build the Bunker and a couple of marines!
That was a good game. Zealot rush, counter attack, counter-counter attack, siege tanks, and a Terran victory.
One of the best pvt ive seen ina. Long time

6:49 That's brilliant indeed
I was a bit confused. What was that building Soso placed in the bottom left of the map that Motive seemed to mostly ignore?
Great game I'm excited to see the rest
Cool to see a bit of bio play in TvP
Btw in Broodwar do you get money back, if you cancel your nexus?
I'd like to see proxy shield battery nearby terran for even better reaver haras :)
The Cheeser becomes the cheesed
Nice comeback!
Thanks
Arty is like "where are the HTs?" he didn't see 4 of them die to the vultures I guess lol!!
I was hoping to the mythical infantry game vs toss... sadly the DRYgoons are too DRY
Or rather too gooney?

3:50 lmao
I was really hoping for Starport marines..
I know I've asked this before nit sure if i got an awnser:
Why is offensive gas a PvT thing and not anyone else thing?
Terran can’t do it cause the SCV needs to be there to build it so it will just be killed off. I’m not sure about Zerg but I assume sacrificing an early drone for that isn’t worth it.
woot!
Why don't Terran players build refinery to block Protoss from gas steal?
Because if they build the refinery too early it messes up their normal build order. At least thats what i assume
Didn't the nexus get killed due to Motive being sloppy rather than cancelled?

Yep, its like some pro pride thing "bunkers are a waste of money and for noobs" then they lose several marines when they didnt even need to lose one.
I think you are using the wrong microphone
I guess Im against the grain cause I feel Motive just made waaay too many mistakes.

That was a great PvT. Terran is so OP. I think RT's been gaslighting us all these years.
the protoss forgot to attack move
How did motive lost this game? As someone who cheers often for Terran players, I don't like watching soso matches. Motive should've taken that.
