Great review thanks. I've been looking for a more rugged camera, but it's also time to upgrade my phone, so I thought two birds with one stone. However, I think screen brightness might be an issue for me, and I think all the manufacturers of rugged phones have missed a trick, why no tripod thread?
Yeah the brightness isn't the highest - interesting the V31 is out very soon so might be worth looking into that... I like you idea about the tripod mount though!
Great video as always. Though I'd say what is the point of these devices though? You can play Genshin Impact, Fortnite etc in max settings and 120 FPS on any device using Geforce Now. All while saving a LOT of battery. It only supports 1600 games currently but Microsoft and Activision, Bethesda are starting to add their games now (Gears 5 etc.)
Thanks for watching! They're definitely not for high-end gaming for sure. As good as GeForce now is (and I do think it'll be the future of gaming) it's still only a relatively small amount of people who can reliably access a decent cloud streaming service. If the Blizard/Activision deal goes through it'll be great to see those games coming to GeForce now. 👍
Would you still advice this phone after an year? Looking for a rugged phone with good resistance / quality . Best money for specs eheh. Currently my Mi 9T its broken and laggy, need to replace it
