Very sick idea! I remember being in his shoes and starting out for the first time with nothing but ideas and then realizing I have no idea how to get through the actual DAW hahaha. He had some really solid ideas for just starting out (a lot better than my starting melodies/beats for sure). Keep it going my dudes!

Love it right around 4 mins 50 seconds you can see it all click in his mind and that oooohhhh came out like wow this is really fun. That magic moment when you realize wow I can make serious music and have a ton of fun doing it. I think you made a musician for life with this.
It's really fun watching this guy not only learn about music production, but also see him become confident in what he's doing and taking initiative! It's also really nice to see him become more enthusiastic about music.
It's also great to see Ed being positive throughout the whole experience. I feel like it helped make learning music production a lot less scary.
If there's something I've learned from teaching myself music production, it's that having that knowledge will offer a new perspective when it comes to music. You'll be able to notice a lot of the subtle details and recognize the patterns that go into music! :)

the fact that in an hour he was comfortable with creating a beat, I cant imagine how it is gonna be for me once I get my hands on fl studio (I get to experiment) after watching a lot of tutorials
uk I thought for a sec that he will actually be able to learn, but then I realized that this mans still needs to go through the mixing phase and automations for fx. there is just so much more to learn that we forget about lol

Mr. Talenti I would love nothing more than to make music but I have never had the heart to go for it. Tbh it is killing my spirit to not do what I love, and I know that all I need is some tutorage. If you could find the time to train someone from scratch it would make me incredibly happy. I know that people are busy these days but music is all I want to do.

i’m just starting out in Recording Arts school, third month, & i’ve never made beats before but I have everything I need & this helped a lot!
I figured since i’m literally starting out from ScrAtCh it might be good to copy a song, just to learn the techniques First, & then starting creating my own. but I want to learn first like the techniques & the software, the keys, & how to actually use Logic first & not worry about making a beat on my own just at first..if that makes sense..

Please teach me how to become a pro in under 24 hours. Learning from you would be such an honor. I’ve been making music and producing for a long time. I didn’t take producing seriously til early October 2021. I’m very good at Logic Pro X and GarageBand (which I never use because it’s way too simple) but I do not know how to use Ableton or anything else. I’m gonna need to step up my game if I want to become a multi-platinum producer.
