You mentioned at 2:56 that you would have preferred to go for Guardian Chimera to pop Sera. If you attempted to do so, she would stay on the field because Rafflesia protects other Traptrix monsters from being destroyed by battle/card effects. If it was a targeted effect the only legal target on board is Rafflesia, but I don't believe that effect targets.
