Like I said right in the video, I know the stations are close. All three stations are close. Everything in the city is close enough to walk to. Nothing is realistic. *Everything in the entire city is utterly pointless if you think about it for a second :)*

Many of the stations on the London Underground are within walking distance of each other. It’s the network’s map that suggests they are further apart. New Jang City is no different!

Wow, passengers can finally alight somewhere! I think it's easier to walk, but that's not the point.
You could do a set of quick bite restaurants in the space between the station and the street.
1:58 Even though it may not be final as per your indication of mocking up some placeholders, the modified 1x8 yellow plate with a rail is simply the perfect piece for the train platform edge!
Hi Jang, if you are tired of working on the city just take your time need some rest i prefer making yourself not tired

I know, your city, your rules, but as a transit user, having a stop near the mall is something I personally would've aimed for. In fact, looking at it... one could almost link up an elevated stop next to the mall leading into the mall itself, so it doesn't take up as much 'surface' space. Ah well. always neat seeing progress on the city.

You should consider adding an old town quarter. Base it off the old lego town sets from the late 70s early 80s. You could re-use official sets or mix it up if you wanted.

Have you considered developing a MOC for an escalator ? In the subways I usually prefer these due to the relative vertical distance you need to travel, and stairs are horrendous (especially for overweight people like me). For the light-rail, this may also be a boon for your citizens :)

I know it's nitpicking, but I really don't like the location of the station. It's far too close to the other station.
Maybe move it to one of the short sides of the (rounded) rectangle? Next to the mall would be good place.
You could even have a stop on each short side to have some meaningful travel options for your minifigs.
That way they can travel between the mall and the hospital, which are both realistic places for such kind of station.

Hey Jang, I know this is pretty off topic, but you mentioning BART brought it to mind. I moved out of the south bay about a year ago, and there was a lot of talk about BART updating their equipment, including new cars, and new wheels and track resurfacing to reduce that screetch entering tunnels and in bends. Have you had a chance to ride BART recently, and have you seen any differences? Honestly I was pretty excited to see some of the differences. Thanks!
I remember the BART from when I was in San Francisco a couple of years back. My ears still hurt.

Have you considered moving the old elevated rail station along a baseplate or two? It would help put a bit more distance between the two stations in the city, and doesn't look difficult from what I see here.
That would actually be extraordinarily difficult and require a significant amount of re-building and fundamental change to the city plan. That station is exactly where I've always wanted it.

it would largely depend if Jang has any monorail sets (I haven't looked through all of his videos, so idk if he does or not), the cheapest thing on bricklink for the monorail stuff is the smaller track pack for ~$130, used. that wouldn't help with the train which had a special base. the sets with trains, complete are $230-$500...so I wouldn't get my hopes up. Lego needs to release a new monorail.

Idea sounds great, location not so great. You would just walk between as it’s only 2 crossings away. Why not move so you have central city and seafront stops?
