hey jang! can i just say your creations are amazing. if i had the space and money, i would have a city similar to yours :( but still, keep it up as always!
"It's rough" There are some of us who couldn't build this if we were given a week let alone a day. Your "rough" would be a lot of people's finished. Looks brilliant in my opinion
JANG, I feel privileged to be shown your city and creations. It makes me sad that you feel a need to defend your decisions from us viewers. You do great work and your videos are fun to watch! Keep it fun for you!
Your city never fails to impress me. I never find myself without something interesting to look at. New details are everywhere. And that's saying something. So thank you for sharing your city with TH-cam day in and out.
i actually like that the mine looks rough. it's sort of what i imagine a mine to look like. I also live a comfortable walking distance away from a quarry, and I can definitely say it is many things but neaz. :D In any case, i'd say good job so far!
Wow, this mining area is great!! I love all the space between the rock formations and how you used the Titanium Command Rig! You've really outdone yourself here!
What do you mean "it would look better if", I think it already looks awesome ! The few colors in the rock work really well together and with the lighting
When I was a child, Rock Raiders was my absolute favourate game. So mining in LEGO has always had a sweetspot for me. And that mine is really looking good already.
I really like the mining area, it's very interesting to see a different theme in your city, it may still be a work in progress, but it looks real good, and the stuff you did in your harbor, it's coming along nicely, super cool!
I think the Dock Admin building looks good. I like the color scheme. I admire what you have done with the mining scene under the table. Most people shun using the BURP, opting to use just the slope pieces instead. What you have done with the BURP amazes me. It’s shows that you can create original and unique looking mountains/hills. I like the Color combinations you use for the rock formation. It’s a breakaway from the boring all dark-bluish gray color that have been used too often. Keep up the good work! :)
Easily! Except they will have to hold the convention at his house b/c that monster is never getting out the door. Oh right you probably mean just the mining table. That is doable especially with planning.
JANGBRiCKS, I have a small idea for some "lore" for your city! With the addition of the new mining area (btw looks great for only a single day build, keep up the good work!) you said that you won't be including the rock monsters in the mining area. My thought is to add some of them to your planetary defense base as "Government Experiments" which would explain why there is a difference in machinery used in the mining area. Yellow = City mining workers, Green = Undercover planetary defense base agents, but no one is the wiser. This would also explain why the Green tech looks a bit more advanced for its time but still believable! Just a fun thought I had because you're making your Planetary Defense Base more secretive! Cannot wait to see the direction you take it and to hear some epic back story to the origins of what we now know as your Planetary Defense Base (PDB)!
1. I like the harbor admin building, it really makes sense and it looks cool, like how someone got all artsy with the design 2. Im guessing the mine is an underground system? Are you gonna have any above ground elements, like a truck carrying ore on the streets or something? 3. Are you planning on just mining those gold chucks, or will you maybe throw is some of those metallic silver and gold studs and some crystals and gems? I think thatd be pretty cool and easy to add if you had any of the pieces and parts just kinda laying around in your storage
Some great progress specially for such little time spent. I know you have the whole plan laid out for your city, I’ve read the link of what you plan for it several time and I’m excited to see it progress to that. But I’ll admit that as soon as I saw the cart rail in the mining area I thought it would look cool on the other side as maybe a small mining entry from the Mellemby district
Hey Jang! After you’ve finished up the mountain and harbor and such, would you consider doing a few residential buildings? The only private residences you have in the city right now are official sets, and I would love to see your take on a small private home!
So will the rocket be sticking out, or will there be a big dramatic hatch? Also maybe Jang could build holding cells for captured aliens or a setup like that in Men in Black.
Awesome update, man! I love staying up to date on your city. Big fan since I first saw your Lego mall. Is there any chance you would do an interview with us for our show to talk Star Wars legos past and present? I think it would be great! - David
What would be cool is if you use the side of the mountain in the city as a rock climbing area where maybe there is a climbing class that starts at the bottom and works it way up. It Would not interfere with your original plans
I would love it if you made the miners' headquarters (above ground) and on the roof the mascot was the original rock monster (the brown one) from Rock Raiders!
You could build a new track leading from the underground city to a hole you could make near or connecting to your other tracks.Using hinges can angle the track.
Few questions: Will the mine get any bigger? Do you own all wave 1 and 2 powerminers sets? What powerminers sets will be put in the mine? I personally think seeing a large powerminers HQ with vehicle housing, some custom underground-surface delivery trucks, and a large home base with lots if stuff would be absolutely amazing, ive been trying to find something like it on the internet.
i don't know if you're already planning to do this, but i think there needs to be a smoother transition between the mountain and the ground. as it is, the mountain almost looks like it has the same slope all the way down; no curve at all. then again, there isn't much room by the foot of the mountain because of the road and the zoo, so maybe that's a lost cause.
Your blue harbor building, reminds me of a coast guard headquarters. In my country our coast quards were pretty famous for their red/green seakings. So out of curiosity, is your harbor located (in your imagination) near the sea or more landward?
from this new more distant perspective, the big planetary defense mountain actually looks pretty regular in it's overall shape. Maybe consider mixing it up a little? with the actual underlying structure, not just the randomized light gray details.
Looking good but wish you’d do more short tutorials on things like custom car bases, how to build with smooth pieces out, how you did your Arkham Knight Batmobile, etc. those types of videos are timeless and can be relevant for years.
ok so here are some ideas for this: 1. for the minecarts build like a small but long-ish track to go from the mine itself to like a refinery on the surface or a processing place in the mine itself. 2. divide the mine into sections such as the entrance and area that has already been mined. 3. now this is optional but what about a cavern-like area with molten rock and some of the "rarer" minerals and it would also be a good place to put the rock monsters as the inhabitants of it and this may seem rather out of place but if you have ever played Borderlands 2 then the crystalisk monsters from the game could also be in it 4. and lastly perhaps a quarry area above ground for a more realistic thing. and as a side question: are you planning on adding something military such as a base or a training ground?
I must admit, the first time you showed us the harbor master building, I was not a fan of the fins on top. Now that you have a satellite dish and antennas on the roof it all works.
The base would be cool with access through the front, with a security entrance and gate. Where do the base vehicles get in and out of? Maybe I missed a video of you describing your base plans? If so drop that link for me if you can!
You could use the track from the Creator Pirate Roller Coaster to make a mine shaft around the edges of the mine. I think that would definitely make the work for the minifigures easier. (P.S. You haven't ever made something connecting the top of New Jang City to the underground. If you could somehow find a place to put it, I think it would complement your City well.)
I don't know if you have kids, but if you were my dad, I'd be the most excited kid in the world, seeing all that coming together. I'm pretty excited at age 47.
I know your not open to suggestions, but I love the idea of having the mining area under the mountain, then you could have an integrated rail and mining area
Hi, just thought you could use the i pieces from the gold bauble that came out a while ago. I watched the video the other day ago and this could benefit from a few random gold bricks in places. But just a thought/recommendation
Hey Jang Question, is this your time job? The reason i ask is surely it is, seeing it would take an awful amount of time to do all of this. Loving how the city is coming along. Especially like seeing the progress of terrain/mountain build. Always loved the BURP's!
Some things I will add to the room, and things I won't: jangbricks.com/queue
hey jang! can i just say your creations are amazing. if i had the space and money, i would have a city similar to yours :( but still, keep it up as always!
JANGBRiCKS Nice City, when I get older, I Want to Build such a big City as well! It has always been my Dream.
LG Magic ChaosWolf(12)
JANGBRiCKS, will you ever review the UCS Millennium Falcon?
I love your channel! :-)
I doubt it as I don't think he will be happy spending $800 on a set just to take it apart after
"It's rough"
There are some of us who couldn't build this if we were given a week let alone a day. Your "rough" would be a lot of people's finished.
Looks brilliant in my opinion
destructionsnakepit one man's trash is another man's treasure I suppose.
JANG, I feel privileged to be shown your city and creations. It makes me sad that you feel a need to defend your decisions from us viewers. You do great work and your videos are fun to watch! Keep it fun for you!
This is so cool! The light makes it look like it is actually underground, this is the BEST Lego city on TH-cam; the best TH-camr too!
Your city never fails to impress me. I never find myself without something interesting to look at. New details are everywhere. And that's saying something. So thank you for sharing your city with TH-cam day in and out.
I really like the dark sand color that you used in the mine for "glue" parts it looks good a nice mix of color it looks like loose dirt.
I agree
Timothy Drane I like it to.
i like the mining part already. no problems
Timothy Drane is a Gmail account of the 8hrs
Timothy Drane 55555555
Im only 21 but i seriously hope im alive on the day Jang posts a video saying his city is 100% finished :D
Humans can’t live forever
So you hope to live past the end of everything
i actually like that the mine looks rough. it's sort of what i imagine a mine to look like. I also live a comfortable walking distance away from a quarry, and I can definitely say it is many things but neaz. :D

Wow, this mining area is great!! I love all the space between the rock formations and how you used the Titanium Command Rig! You've really outdone yourself here!
just a suggestion but maybe put a few sticks of dynamite in a rock face with string leading to a detonator
I really admire your boldness and courage to build the blue harbor building and stick with it even though it is not a "typical" build.
I love that new building! Reminds me of the architecture style that I've seen around marinas in my area.
is the mining area ment to represent an above ground quary, or an underground mine shaft type thing???
The latter.
meant*
Well its under the table soo...
What do you mean "it would look better if", I think it already looks awesome ! The few colors in the rock work really well together and with the lighting
When I was a child, Rock Raiders was my absolute favourate game. So mining in LEGO has always had a sweetspot for me.
And that mine is really looking good already.
The underground mine looks good! I really like how the one section is rounded with the rock pieces, it looks great!
I really like the mining area, it's very interesting to see a different theme in your city, it may still be a work in progress, but it looks real good, and the stuff you did in your harbor, it's coming along nicely, super cool!

Congrats on getting this far! Never give up and this will be able to win at a lego convention
Easily! Except they will have to hold the convention at his house b/c that monster is never getting out the door. Oh right you probably mean just the mining table. That is doable especially with planning.
Good luck with your work on this cool mining cite! Love your content
That mountain is huge! But I definitely love it. Really does look great.
Wow, that is some great progress for one day in the mining area. Looking great!
Jangosaurus Rex back at it!
you should have a hatch which can open were the rocket can come out of
Lol I love the power miners reference with the titanium command rig. Still my favorite lego set.
I love watching this city grow!
JANGBRiCKS, I have a small idea for some "lore" for your city! Looks great! I like the combo of new miners and the power miners
I love your Rock Monster area. Good work.

Thank you for sharing✌💛☺
How can you be so fast and so good at the same time ?
ZQFMGB years of training
Ultimate Infinty dragons Gaming what???
He's a master builder
Ships! Ships! Ships!
Almost 1 million subs! Congrats Jang! Keep up the good work!
A interior hangar with a door (like hoth) would be cool for the planetary defense force
Nice. Looking good.
I already like it, somehow reminds me of the old Rock Raiders-Game! I've played that so much back then...
In the mountain, u should add a military base and a missle sylo. And the tunnle is that leads from the docks can be transport supplies to the base
Don't beat yourself up too bad on that mining build. Looks pretty cool to me, and I know you will fuss with it for weeks. ;]
It's very good the "E" shape of the tables. You make more space to move!
Some great progress specially for such little time spent. Brilliant as always mate ! How about taking some of the mountain rocks away so the defence base has a built into the rock lookout operations room ??..
Hey Jang! After you’ve finished up the mountain and harbor and such, would you consider doing a few residential buildings? The only private residences you have in the city right now are official sets, and I would love to see your take on a small private home!
WORK IN PROGRESS
Nice work on your city I really like what you do and u always give me good new ideas
I really like the new blue building! Would you mind just giving us a glimpse of the interior in the next video?
So will the rocket be sticking out, or will there be a big dramatic hatch? Also maybe Jang could build holding cells for captured aliens or a setup like that in Men in Black.
Awesome update, man! I love staying up to date on your city. Big fan since I first saw your Lego mall. Is there any chance you would do an interview with us for our show to talk Star Wars legos past and present? I think it would be great! - David
Some string lights kinda, haphazardly strapped to the sides of the outcrops would give it the impression of a mine?
You should do a Gnajbricks episode reviewing the city
What would be cool is if you use the side of the mountain in the city as a rock climbing area where maybe there is a climbing class that starts at the bottom and works it way up. It Would not interfere with your original plans
I would love it if you made the miners' headquarters (above ground) and on the roof the mascot was the original rock monster (the brown one) from Rock Raiders!
I don't think my mind can handle it that is amazing
might we see some Lego Rock raiders stuff? Would love to see a Chrome crusher rolling through!
Love the vids Jang!
You could build a new track leading from the underground city to a hole you could make near or connecting to your other tracks.Using hinges can angle the track.
Anti-Orbital Cannon Would Look Cool Built Into The Rocks.
Few questions:
Will the mine get any bigger?

That harbor is looking really cool
“I just started today”
It’d take me a couple month to even be able to build anything half as good as that.
The terrain build reminds me of Devil’s Tower made famous in Close Encounters.
Your blue harbor building, reminds me of a coast guard headquarters. In my country our coast quards were pretty famous for their red/green seakings.
So out of curiosity, is your harbor located (in your imagination) near the sea or more landward?
Nice! I think the octan factory would do great near the harbor area!
from this new more distant perspective, the big planetary defense mountain actually looks pretty regular in it's overall shape.
It's kinda like the world in the Lego movie
ok so here are some ideas for this:

Nice Video Jang! I dont know how much better you can get lol!
Man! You are a master builder! You could easily get a job at LEGO
That looks awesome for 1 day of working on it
You should take Lego City mining from 2012!
Klocki Świat And the lone ranger in 2013!
AWESOME!
I must admit, the first time you showed us the harbor master building, I was not a fan of the fins on top.

Nice city you are my favourite Lego youtuber keep up the good vids!
I love that the "little additional harbour administration operations building" has a back door that leads to an empty abyss. :)
It's not a door.
JANGBRiCKS Well... that's somewhat disappointing...
You should build an observatory on that mountain/rock site (if you haven't already planned that)
I know your not open to suggestions, but I love the idea of having the mining area under the mountain, then you could have an integrated rail and mining area
You should add Gollum from the Lord of the Rings in some dark crevice on your mine, or add a Minecraft Steve.
Jang, add some security nets on the rocks next to the rails! Security of the mini figures first!
I really like how you built your terrain. I think I need to hit bricklink for some burps.
Good job that’s awesome
Hi, just thought you could use the i pieces from the gold bauble that came out a while ago. I watched the video the other day ago and this could benefit from a few random gold bricks in places. But just a thought/recommendation
Looking good!
DANG you did that whole mining area just today?!!
It looks great
That's a cool mine shaft!
AWSOME!! Thats realy cool!! How are you coms of the idea to build all of this???
save some rock pieces for the rest of us
Hey jang , I really liked you're video keep up the good work
Hey Jang
Question, is this your time job? The reason i ask is surely it is, seeing it would take an awful amount of time to do all of this. Loving how the city is coming along. Especially like seeing the progress of terrain/mountain build. Always loved the BURP's!
Awesome
Awesome love these
Your the best jangbricks
Nice looks great
Really cool ! We want to.see the base!
So have you ever tried/ wanted to cut a hole in a table to, say, make a mineshaft down to your mine?
Also, love the progress!
