C P Frederick of Denmark suffered great loss when Queen Ingrid died. She was his protector and familial support esp in his tender yrs as Queen Margrethe was suddenly thrust into the duty of Queen. I would imagine he still misses her loving guidance at times! I'm 68 and still sometimes miss my "oh so loving" Grandmother!

People think this is stupid, I think this is very touching, and prouves the Queen Ingrid was a very good and special person. It gave the whole ceromonu a very very personal flawor.
