I forgot that oliver is just human. He doesn't have any powers nothing. Imagine going through everything oliver has gone through and still being so strong. He is a hero in all of our hearts.
He's a survivalist, which is the only difference between him and Batman. He started out in the comics as a parody of Batman meant to be a joke, but whereas Batman was a detective/investigative character in the beginning, Green Arrow was always this joking, survivalist. They obviously made him a little darker, but that survivalist aspect is what the DC movies were lacking. They didn't have the failures that Oliver did in this show and rise to overcome it.
The closest he ever gets to batman here is maybe after Robin's death or batman vs superman. Arrow in the first season has his list and Bruce starts branding and terrorizing criminals.
He fell of a mountain, got stabbed right through his body, got shot by bullets and arrows multiple times, got under tons of concrete and still survives and kept going. He's not a human, he's a hero
this song fits him so well in so many ways... the only thing he wanted was to be happy. but he vanished from earth with all that pain. he deserved way better than this.
the fact that all the sad songs fit oliver to the letter was not a good sign for his sanity but ohhhhhh such a good sign for his character development!
This is nothing short of a work of art! The way you described how much Oliver has had to endure, both because of his mistakes and to protect others is simultaneously very sad and inspiring. I especially think that the lyrics fits really well where Christina sings, "Your words in my head, knives in heart. You build me up and then, I fall apart." So perfect. A song like this is powerful beautiful reminder to say that when you've been driven to violence or rage or imperfections it'll mean your not perfect you only human for the mistakes you've made and the things you've done.My mother said life is the best teacher and most things are worth learning valuable lessons.

This man has been tortured for the rest of his life and his regrets but still was alive but now he's in a better place not worrying about all those regrets he made he is now with Laurel and Tommy and the others that have died. 😫🙏 Also flash can just go back to time and save oliver if y'all didn't notice he can go back to time and save him
He saved his mother and Tommy and barry can't go back now cause those worlds don't exist anymore and even if he could he wouldn't because someone HAD to die in that crisis like the monitor said
