yeah! my biggest inspiration for my change is steve rogers. i know he is a super soldier, the sorum, etc... but, for me think about how the skinny and fragile steve wanted so much be a soldier and fight in the war... gives me motivation for be better

@@nikeshdubey4129 thats not true lol, imo all seasons were great, i guess comparatively the seasons after 3 did not match the level of action, but they were still watchable. i would suggest you give it a shot and watch the rest of the seasons.

I like it that it does not only show us scenes to prove how strong and awesome he is, but also scenes of failure, showing that he is human and he'll grow
Stephen Amell is the reason they call it the Arrowverse instead of the DCTV Universe. I also love that he reached out to Tom Welling to pay respect and honor for the groundwork he laid in the CW as Clark Kent in Smallville. Many of your favorite actors from various shows including Supernatural, The Vampire Diaries, Arrow, etc got their start on that show and that show proved how successful comic book tv series can be. Looking forward to whatever we see him in next!

I watched this every single day for a couple years. Been a year or two since I've watched it. I went from 260lbs all fat down to 190 and probably gained 30-40lbs of muscle. Love this show. It motivates me so much. I weigh 220 now. Still a bit fat but more muscle than ever before
Fun fact, in the work out scenes, it was actually him. He worked his arse off to stay in top physical condition, and as such, for things like the salmon ladder, rope climbing etc, he did it all himself

@Ruslan Respectfully disagree, Seasons 1-3 were my personal favorites but I will say that the new characters they brought on the show including Renee, that girl who ended up being a traitor, the nerdy dude and the chick who lost her partner made seasons 5-6 cringey and horrible to watch. Never really liked their characters, they were always whining and bitching about Oliver's methods wayyyy too much, they really didn't belong on the Arrow's team or the show to begin with.
