Thanks for this video, there really wasn't many videos to refer to when I came to removing my 307 bumper yesterday. 2 things that would have been useful to know so I thought I would comment here in case it helps anyone else. They were missed on your video but I think its because someone had already removed the bumper on the car you worked on and so maybe you didn't realise. After you have undone the 10mm bolts from the wheel arches the bumper is still held both sides to the wing by plastic clips coming from the wings. NO NOT FOCE THE BUMPER AWAY AT THIS POINT! You can see at 0:59 when you pull the bumper away that the plastic on the bumper has been snapped where its been forced away from the clips without releasing them. I have now also broken mine in the same way as I forced it as in your video you just say pull it away from the wing but looking at it you need to insert a thin screwdriver between the bumper and the wing at these clip points to push the clip in to release the bumper. I think from looking there are 2 clips either side of the car. The second is that I had a black plastic base connected to the bumper along its length underneath the radiator and you had to remove 4 plastic plugs and 2 screws to free the bumper otherwise it will still be attached there. For info I have the 307 2.0L Sport. Hope this helps someone else out in combination with your video.
You're a legend, this is the 1.6 hdi but the bumpers might be identicle in mounting. Another mechanic local to me had done a gearbox and engine on this car a year ago or so and I can only assume he destroyed all of the clips. Another thing to bear in mind is the 10mm bolt in the wheel arch is on a spring clip nut and if you don't lubricate them properly they often tear through the slot that locates the bumper which had happened both sides on this car. @@maxautouk I’m just about to purchase a 307 1.6 Hdi 90bhp with no FAP or DMF problems to worry about the only problem I know of is it needs a timing belt kit not worth the risk with no proof it was done

Du you know if all current go through the power plug, og if there is any external connection to the frame?. I have a low voltage on the primary bulp.
Should be a reliable voltage straight to the block connector, try a new bulb and compare the voltage readings to the other side

Yes, the main beams work on the front and rear too, in American they call them rear tail lights xD
